I think the reported polls are fabricated.

I think Donald is way, way ahead.

I was just in Maine for a week sight-seeing. There were many campaign signs in yards and businesses. The Trump signs outnumbered the Clinton sign 50 to 1.

Here is a section of a recent Wikileaks email from 2008:

https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/15442

Why they say this, I’m not sure.

” We are as interested in the “who” suburban, rural, we are polling as the issues. The plan includes a possible focus on women, might be something we want to do is over sample if we are worried about a certain group later in the summer.”

I think the Pollsters have a selected group who they constantly poll every time they need one. I’m 77 and I have never been polled, nor has anyone who had lived with me.

I would love to see Trump ask the question at his 20,000+ rallies, “has anyone here been called by a pollster, ANY pollster?”

I’d bet few, if any, have been called.

I never have, and don’t know anyone, personally, who has been called.

I hope that the polls are bogus, and Trump buries her and all of her deceased supporters on November 8th.

They’re polling for example women republicans who voted for Obama Very very heavily, while undersampling male republicans who voted Romney.

Lot of other dirty tricks designed to put Cankles ahead in the final result.

I’ve seen polls with D+30points and Female +25 points in their sample.

Every demographic that helps her is getting over-sampled.

Just an FYI I was polled for one of CNN’s instant polls after the first debate.

When they did the pre-screening I purposely described myself as non-caucasian and undecided.

Yes, I lied to the CNN poll takers.

Absolutely!

Hers a trick for those of us old enough to remember:

Whenever you hear them say “poll”, substitute the word “Pravda” (the official newspaper of the Communist Party).

Back then, every American knew propaganda when it was spewed at us,and that just because the source said it was true didn’t mean it was.

The MSM of today is worse than the Soviet state-run media of the Cold War era because Americans today are an easier, less-discriminating target.

I get four or five calls per week. They are mostly ‘push polls’ and I give them the most far out responses I can if I talk to them or their machines at all.

I too believe the polls are fabricated... however...

With a good sample you can accurately poll a country of 300 million with a sample of 2500.

So even if the polls were completely scientific and accurate the odds of knowing anyone who was polled would remain low.

I’ve never been polled. Though I have been picked for Grand Jury twice in my 40 voting years. Yet CBS says Hillary has gained 6 points over Trump since their last poll.

I don’t think I get poll calls, but I usually don’t answer my cell if I don’t recognize the number.

Something unrelated though happened Sunday night that I though was a little peculiar and suspicious. I tried to place an order online for my kids Halloween costumes and my card wouldn’t go through even though I had plenty of money in account. I called my bank and they had put a temporary freeze on the card for “suspicious” activity. I had donated to the Donald, then ordered a Women for Trump bumper sticker from another website. The bank guy wanted to know if I placed the orders to Donald J. Trump and the other site. I proudly stated that I had and laughed. He wasn’t laughing. So are we being called out for being for Trump?

“I think Donald is way, way ahead.

I agree. This was the first election where there is a concerted effort among liberals to simply lie and they could care less if they get caught. They have always lied some, but this time it is Hitlery driving the demand for great numbers.

I was polled around 3 weeks ago. The guy was clearly calling from a warehouse in Bombay...I’m not kidding. I could barely understand him, and he had trouble hearing me. It took forever, as he had lots of questions about local races too, and I almost hung up.

The whole affair left me with even less confidence in polling.

I’ve been polled before. They asked me a couple of questions, didn’t get the answers they wanted, and created a dial tone. I guess I flunked the test.

Can't be - heard from a NBC "news" station on my car radio this morning that Hillary is ahead by 14 points with likely voters......

I happened to be polled — push-polled — today on the house landline. I think it was mostly for our PA Senate race, Kate McGinty (D) vs Pat Toomey (R).

There were a fair number of the standard Presidential questions, but there was some very specific push-polling against Pat Toomey, using pretty much verbatim some of the charges in the TV ads that are running on every break on every station.

Highlight:

Poll taker: “Next question. Pat Toomey voted to defund Planned Parenthood, even standing with the Tea Party to shut down the federal government...”, blah blah, restricted women’s access to cancer diagnosis and “health services...”, blah blah, “Does this make you Very Concerned about him, Somewhat Concerned...”, etc.
Me: “Not Concerned at all — that’s one of the reasons I’m voting for him!”

True story.
