A 2-year-old girl in a car seat was shot Saturday, police said, after a man riding a motor scooter misfired in an attempt to hit her father as he stood outside of the vehicle on a Roxbury street.
And for the fourth time in 10 days, Roxbury residents watched as police searched for clues in another shooting in their neighborhood. The girl, who was shot in the hand and leg and is expected to survive, was the second child among those victims, after a 9-year-old was injured last Sunday.

The shooter didn’t misfire. He missed his target. If the gun had misfired then the child would be alive
The evidence adds up to... a sideways grip.
I wonder if the EPA would have ordered the BPD/BFD to allow "necklacing" as part of the "culture", without causing problems?
And just how do you know whether the gun fired on its own or the trigger was actually pulled? /s

Roxbury is pretty much all blacks and Dorchester is pretty much all Irish and they have been battling it out for decades. Terrible situation.
