come on, quit making fun of her name. I worked in a call center. 85-120 calls a day. my co-workers (melinials) didn't know how to work. They sat there and listened to me. After 15 months of this crap, I have to admit that thought of hanging up on people crossed my mind, but I just transferred the calls back into the que.
I know exactly how this person felt. You take one call too many and your mind gets numb. You just cant take it anymore.
