What is happening to Judge Napolitano. I hope I am wrong, but he has just become a liberal to me.

I’ve never liked him. He defended terrorists’ rights throughout the war on terrorism and just made money off it by making speeches and releasing books about it. He believes the 14th Amendment grants birthright citizenship to anyone, and is an illegal alien supporter.

Maybe the Clintonistas dug up some 'dirt' on him?
White House FBI files controversy
The revelations provoked a strong political and press reaction because many of the files covered White House employees from previous Republican administrations, including top presidential advisors.
Under criticism, Livingstone resigned from his position.
Allegations were made that senior White House figures, including First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, may have requested and read the files for political purposes, and that the First Lady had authorized the hiring of the underqualified Livingstone.

That freak has always been a far left stooge. He's there to “legally correct” all the ‘misperceptions’ that concerned Americans may have with the lawlessness of gubbermint.
Like every other fake fox farkhead. They run smokescreens for the left.

There has been a coup at Fox News.
It’s no longer some what to the Right.
Imagine that right before an election? Maybe to hide rigging it?

I always suspected this about Napolitano.
Faking it until something that might really hurt the progressive movement comes along.

Napolitano is basically saying that they have nothing. Legally, I don't think they do.
It would be difficult to prosecute any of the cases on the evidence we've seen so far.
Even in the Paula Jones case, Clinton settled without admitting fault.
But, this isn't a court of law. If the Democrats can try and sentence someone in the media, then they can't defend Bill Clinton against the same tactic.
Once you start digging, sexual assault accusations have been following Bill around as far back as when he was in college at Oxford.
At some point, you have to realize it isn't a coincidence.

Getting a conviction or a liability determination and whether it happened or not are two different things. The women were being harassed by the agents of the Clintons which caused them to withdraw allegations. . . and later when they felt they possibly could have support from others with similar experience, re-instate them. However, their earlier withdrawals had already damaged their allegations when they re-instated them. The pressures brought to bear on any witnesses they may have by the Clinton agents had further weakened their cases.
The judge hearing one case who ruled that Clinton dropping his pants, exposing himself, and asking one of the accusers to kiss it, did not rise to the level of sexual harassment, showed that the bar was extremely high for any of them to get any justice in the system that was protecting Clinton. . . even when Clinton finally settled that case after the fact for over $800 thousand, most of which went to lawyers! That money came from what I think was an illegal donation fund to defend President Clinton from these accusations. . . but the Liberal courts looked the other way on that too, and allowed tax deductions on the donations!
