I thought he mentioned before he had a video of Hillary saying something racist. No idea how he’d get in close to her though.
My guess: He goes to a Dem fundraiser to find out what they say behind closed doors, and he’s said he has tape of Hillary and/or Hillary associates degrading and demeaning blacks in the worst ways.
