The White House fielded a question Tuesday about sightings of so-called creepy clowns across the country.
"I don't know that the president has been briefed on this particular situation," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said when asked by Bloomberg’s Justin Sink about reports of people dressed as clowns making threats and committing crimes that have been made in at least seven states since the summer.
"Obviously, this is a situation that law enforcement is taking quite seriously," Earnest added, directing follow-up questions to the FBI.

If only there were some way to capture an image of one of these clowns and make it widely available to prove that they exist.
