iPhones, iPads and laptops were severely damaged as the man used a metal ball to crack the screens in a shop within a French shopping centre
VIDEO
This was the moment a vandal calmly walked into an Apple store and began smashing iPhones, iPads and laptops with a metal ball.
The man, dressed in shades and wearing a backpack, was filmed as he walked from one tech stand to the next in a French shop.
He can be seen picking up iPhones , placing them on the counter then bringing a metal pétanque ball crashing down on the screen.
As he wanders through the store he smashes pieces of tech as he goes while ranting in French.
Eventually, a security guard jogs over and asks the man what he is doing.

A couple of weeks ago we had some friends in town visiting from Argentina. Since Apple isn't allowed to sell their products in Argentina, the woman wanted to go to the Apple store here in Boca Raton to upgrade her phone from 5 to 6.
She had hoped to get the 7, but they weren't available yet... and you can't trust the services in AR to have it shipped, so she went with a 6.
We waited about 15 minutes to get an Apple employee who then helped her choose a phone, then it took 2.5 hours to transfer her stuff from the old phone to the new one. Then, she had to go to a different store to have the SIM card cut to fit the new phone's slot, then return to the Apple store to finish the activation.
This took the entire afternoon!!!
Sheesh... whenever I upgrade my Android phone it takes them all of 5 minutes to do the entire process.

Maybe he was sent by his psychotherapist who thought it would be a good exercise for him in which he could release all his pent up rage against his mother who made him eat apples when he was growing up.

Europeans in general take their silly phones too seriously - they would die for them if they had to. Go anywhere in Europe and you will see people everywhere looking down at their phones and checking them constantly. It’s embarrassing to be among them.

Should’ve gone to a cellular carrier store instead of the Apple Store. They’re more efficient.

Only in Europe?
Once, here in Texas, I saw a family at a restaurant around a table, all with their heads bowed. I though, “that’s great that at least a few families still pray before eating.” That was before I realized they were all looking down at their idiot phones.

In my phone store brands are separated from other brands ...... He seemed to be walking from display to display initially .... sort of busting up every brand, not just apple.
Or was this just an Apple Store ??
