I originally had "droop" in the title I was suggesting, but I figured the photo spoke for itself.

Just what I was thinking. Could also explain the sunglasses on a cloudy day at the 911 memorial. Also I read a comment that she was slurring her words which I cant verify. If true I can’t see how she could possibly do a debate.

The right eye looks appropriate for someone standing outside in the sun. It's the left eye that looks doll-like. If you cover her right eye, the way the left eye is wide open looks even more odd.

You have it backwards. The left side of her body and face look like they were botoxed.

She’s gesturing, which would involve facial expressions, ye those expressions are only evident on the right side. The left side is blank.

She presents her right side to the camera, subconsciously presenting her stronger side forward. That’s a defense posture.

That was my first thought when I saw that picture. That right eye looks off...way off.
