A lawsuit filed in federal court is uncovering the consequences of the Obama Administration’s unlawfully imposed transgender agenda.
After capitulating to Obama’s public school transgender edict in May, a Minnesota high school is being accused of ignoring complaints of privacy violations by their biologically female students, Fox News’ Todd Starnes reported Wednesday.
Funny, this is exactly what the left continually assures us would never happen.
According to the bombshell lawsuit, a transgender “girl" student, who participated on girls' sports teams, “twerked,” “grinded” and engaged in other sexually suggestive acts in the girls’ locker-room, leaving some of the girls in tears. After numerous ignored complaints, the lawsuit's plaintiffs say they were allowed access to other locations, including a boys’ locker-room, which the transgender “girl” also made his way into and extended his sexually suggestive behavior. The girls claim they were left with no place to go to secure their privacy in the most intimate of settings.

At least 11 families are being represented by Alliance Defending Freedom, notes Starnes. They are asking the court to halt the Virginia Public Schools’ transgender policy, which opens up showers and locker-rooms to the opposite sex, so long as the student claims the corresponding “gender identity."

I believe that is actually what the perverts (child molesters, gender confused, incestuous people) want. To do whatever they want.. to whomever they want.. where ever they want...with no consequences to themselves.

my guess is that Obama allowing the LBGT to force the schools to allow access of bath rooms to transgendered bath room in public schools is going to backfire big time over the long term. the behavior of young juveniles will cause this all end with in the next four years and eventually will lead to strict rule about bathroom and locker rooms in school being strictly to one sex not there self perceived gender.

What the hell is wrong with the parents? Your daughter comes home in tears and you send her back the next day for more of the same?
The only thing these jerk administrators will understand is if the parents pull their daughters out and tell the school that they will probably lose federal aid if the school decides not to comply with Obama’s mandate, but they will surely lose state aid if they pull their kids out. Not a win-win situation for the school, but too bad.
The school is indifferent the the girls’ feelings? Screw them.
But if she/he was a girl in her own self-identification, all those sexual advances were only natural lesbian impulses so I guess it was OK according to the Left?
Feeling uncomfortable in your body with your gender has nothing to do with sexual satisfaction. You can’t make a dog into a cat just because it acts like one. It may seek satisfaction from either animal at that point. And it all reverts back to consent, not availability. Rape knows no “gender.” So nothing was successful and now a new possibility has been invented. The slope has become really slippery!
