If you look at the video closely before Hillary gets in the Van, then you can see she is resting on a poll. Where are her hands?
However the more you look at it. It looks like Hillary's arms are behind her back as if she has been handcuffed?
Which would explain why Hillary left early. It would also explain why she looked so awkward getting into the Van. Looks like they threw in her in there. Just like you police do to someone arrested.
That's what a person looks like when they are handcuffed and thrown into a car.
The campaign has already canceled Hillary events for Monday and Tuesday.
They are probably about to cancel her campaign all together.

She does not look handcuffed to me. Seemed to me she was simply starting to be too weak to lean on the post, and far too weak to leave the support of the post. Seemed like her hands were in back of her holding onto the post but then came to her sides, and then people were holding her by un-handcuffed arms.
However, if one want to raise a question this is the one to ask. Someone ought to ask the Hillary campaign this until they are forced to answer.

The answer to that question would be pretty revealing. Is the huge black man a doctor or SS man? Did they actually take Hillary to a medical establishment before turning up at Chelsea's? Is there someone else in the campaign that is issuing the orders when Hillary is out of commission? Of course the campaign would prevaricate, obfuscate and lie. But that is revealing in itself.

If she has a physician traveling with her, then she’s under a doctor’s care. If it’s a known condition and whatever type of episode she had isn’t dangerous, she wouldn’t have to go to the hospital. It looked in the video that everyone was pretty well-rehearsed.

If you watch meet the press, Todd completely blames Trump for this because Hillary has released more medical information than Trump did and he did not release his taxes while she did. So its clear that he is at fault according to Todd.
This all reminds me of the days of Brezhnev, Andropov, and Chernenko. They were doing just fine. Or they had pneumonia but were recovering nicely. Old pictures would be released showing them working at a desk or waving from a window. Then suddenly they were dead after months of being told that everything is just fine.
I saw it, when drudge first posted the fall opposite view. No way hand cuffs but it did look like her hands were behing held behind her back as she was buttressed against the barricade abutment.

It actually makes sense to maintain her posture.
I think she has near-syncope heart arrhythmias. The drugs used to treat that also cause thyroid problems. It fits with the CHF that is suspected. I would not be surprised to find she has a pacemaker/defibrillator implant. That could account for the sudden spasms and weird motions.
I think with the grueling pace Trump is setting, the October surprise is Hillary drops dead from her health problems.
