My years of nursing agree. Particularly as this is an ongoing condition, it didn’t pop up in the last week. From afar, it seems to be CHF, but there’s a great deal we don’t know, and there appear to be some unrelated neuro issues as well.
Why is Hillary the only one hacking up a hairball? If her allergies are so bad that she has been having uncontrollable coughing fits for over a year, maybe she should consider retiring to a climate suited to her condition.

That’s grass and tree pollen (especially pines) in the spring.
Right now it’s goldenrod and ragweed.
BUT: one tiny Clariton or generic substitute (cheap and ubiquitous)and we’re both fine for 24 hours.
BUT: certain meds for high blood pressure and maybe others make antihistamines a bad choice. There is, IIRC, one OTC brand you can take with HBP meds. Probably several expensive ones by script.
