So I had commented on an article where the nyt I think, was picking apart trumps debt and insinuating that his acceptance of loans from box/GS was somehow a horrible thing for a presidential nominee to do.
I surfed for a bit and wanted to read what others had written. The topic is completely gone, my comment isn't listed in pings.(my comment was 'and if it was Hillary they'd say the 950 million annual debt from boc/GS was covered plus xx% by annual leases' and then 'remember when Hillary stole priceless antiques from the wh so she could eat like common folk' or something along those lines.)
So where did the topic go? Is this site becoming like GLP and censoring topics? There were 8 other comments on that topic I believe.
Not good if active topics are being trashed if someone doesn't like what's said.

I don’t even care why it was removed at this point. Some guy decided it was unworthy for the peons to see and removed it.
It’s no different than the DNC or msm would do.
I didn’t make it a month on GLP before I called them out and got banned. So... I did better here.

Or you could ask the admin moderator, if you were serious about the questioning the reason.
In future, when openly questioning why any specific thread or post was deleted, just assume some random viking kitten randomly zotted your post by magical means, for our own whimsical amusement.
Deleted threads are sent to a dying star to be used in a Dyson Sphere to enable life in their solar system to hang on.
Kinda useless IMO. They’re too stupid to figure out an answer themselves. Let them die is my opinion: less stupidity in the universe. I think we’d do better to send the deleted threads to the Illumatti -who pay good money, but I’m always out-voted.

I think the forum is run very well. I’ve been here for 18 years and I’ve not always had things go my way. I still think it’s the best place on the internet for folks like me.
I support Jim Robinson and this forum. I think the nation would be worse off without it.
I’m sorry you are tweaked over this deletion. I don’t know the reason for it. I am comfortable with it.
If you and I ran our own forum, we wouldn’t run it perfectly. Folks would find something to complain about. That’s life.
Jim and his staff have my full support.
No kidding. Unfortunately that has a chilling effect on fundraising enthusiasm when members see overbearing censoring of posts and threads.
