U.S. District Judge David Bunning issued orders Thursday dismissing the lawsuit brought by two gay couples and two straight couples against Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis.

Wow. I’m quite surprised. I thought the Rainbow Nazis weren’t done with her beat-down, yet!
This is the same judge that went after her to begin with, too.
The Gaystapo will find a new victim soon enough if they have to relent in this case.
`
They aren't done. They will contrive more false accusations, by hook or by crook, against Kim, against anyone who resists the new "orthodoxy."

I don’t understand the lawsuit, they are married now. What do they hope to get out of it? Her home? Her 401k? Everything she owns? So much hatred and bigotry from the gays
Is Huckabee still being sued for using “Eye of the Tiger” at one of his rallies for her?
If she’s an elected official (which I think she was), she has legislative immunity against lawsuits (in other words, she’s just doing her job which she’s been elected to do). The appropriate remedy is to sue the state to enjoin her (which I think happened), or remove her from office through recall (if they have it) or impeachment (if they have it).
Per the Constitution, the suit is invalid either way if it violates the First Amendment. (Repeat: I did say per the Constitution.)
A pretty sparse article. What did the lawsuit contend?
Punishment by trial. The cost of these lawsuits is devastating for normal people, the maggots are funded by other maggots like Soros and the Ford Foundation. Henry Ford would never have established the Ford Foundation if he had known how much harm it is doing.
It’s the internet, you just aren’t supposed to ask such pertinent questions.

Double - WOW!
“This is the same judge that went after her to begin with, too.”
Somebody posted his phone number on FR. Don’t know how many FReepers phoned him. I did.
The message I left on his voicemail was polite, but pulled no punches.
I told him he had no idea the type of forces he was helping to unleash—and he really needed to think about WHAT KIND of “rights” —not just WHOSE rights—were being pushed with this lawsuit.
I then suggested he visit the Mass Resistance site and take a look at the LGBT agenda that is being pushed in public schools, and then I reminded him that the Christians like Kim Davis, who are being harassed and denounced as “bigots,” are the ONLY people who are fighting for the safety and protection of HIS children and grandchildren.
Good thing she’s not in Oregon.
Yeah, it doesn’t make sense. Because they got what they asked for by this point.
