Oh, what a f***ing joke-I live in a rural area, and the only lesbians here are “summer people” tourist types and a few snowbirds who stay in an RV park for the winter-they do not live here-they are tolerated, but not accepted as part of the community-and they are certainly not interesting in farming or ranching-the way we live out here is too basic and hard for them...

What gives the government the authority to promote these “feel good” programs? This crap must stop.
Did anyone put a pencil to this program to see if it is cost efficient? Are there lots of lesbian farmers that need some outreach?
Seriously, these workshops will teach “lesbian and transgender hillbillies” how to sign up for farm subsidies, the main purpose of course being to funnel more of our tax dollars to dozens of newly-created LGBT “non-profits.”
Common sense question here: what’s preventing lesbian and transgender hillbillies from going online, or going down to their county Ag center, and filling out the forms like anyone else?
Answer: Nothing. If they need help, they can ask for it like anybody else.
It’s waaaay past time for taxpayers to scream about this kind of crap.
