Donald Trump: "We're Having a Problem"
Yahoo Politics ^ | 8/16 | Josh Lederman

Posted on 08/16/2016 5:34:51 AM PDT by TangledUpInBlue

In a rare show of humility by the boastful billionaire, Donald Trump is acknowledging his presidential campaign faces challenges and could ultimately fall short.

The Republican presidential nominee is straying from his signature bravado as he campaigns in the battleground state of Florida, even telling a gathering of evangelical ministers Thursday he's "having a tremendous problem in Utah." The same day, the reality show star acknowledged his lack of political correctness could cost him the election if Americans reject his blunt approach.

"We're having a problem," Trump told the ministers, adding the next president could get to nominate up to five high-court justices. "It could cost us the Supreme Court."

Stating a fact is not trying to get you to agree with anything. If you wish to be anti-Trump then, in keeping with the writings of the OWNER of FR you should GTHO. Trump is the duly elected nominee in this presidential cycle. That “discussion” is settled. As I said before, get on the Trump Train or GTHO.

Vote Trump 2016

This Yahoo concoction goes on to cite “Republicans in Georgia” are worried he won’t win... horseshit.

Just watch for November 8.

I was shocked to see Georgia is nearly 10% Hispanic now. I spent some time in South Carolina last week. No habla English wetbacks all over there. So many apparently that the “Ingles” local grocery store chain has to put up an “American owned” sign lest they be confused as a Mexi store. LOL. Won’t be long now until a lot of red states flip blue if the path does not change, sadly. Trump is our last shot, IMO.

The majority of Americans still know Trump from the Apprentice show. While the show was about business, Trump is known more for his grandiose style and ruthless decision making. Is he flawed? Heck yes, and that’s why he’s popular.

All the establishment’s and media’s rationalization, hand-wringing and disinformation has been completely flummoxed by this phenomenon. His presentation is juvenile; his delivery infantile; his policy puerile; and his style often hostile. Trump is a joke, and wholly inadequate for the serious position. All the experts have to do is show this and he will lose. They will continue to employ their entire arsenal of slander, but it’s already over. Trump combines the worst characteristics of both the nouveau-riche and the bourgeoisie. He epitomizes everything the establishment hates. Trump is the embodiment of the brash, unvarnished, crude American dream.

The reason nothing sticks to Trump, is we already know his faults, and they make him the more perfect messenger. Americans are really a simple people, and we have one simple message for Washington, from a spokesman synonymous with one phrase:

“You’re fired.”

So your wifes ancestors were some of those who committed the Mountain Meadows crime?

So according to another one of your comments, you are saying that since you beleieve Trump isnt conservative, you think that Barry Goldwater was not conservative? The backstabbers (Mitt) father, George, did just that, he campaigned openly against Barry Goldwater. So now we have Mitt, who never even endorsed Ronaald Reagn, claiming to be a conservative. Mitt is like you, he is for MONEY.

Trump is as conservative as Ronald Reagan was. Your no conservative.

Go ahead, vote for MONEY and let her load the supreme court up with crony communists. See how well it works out for you.

The orders referenced by Zathras in reply #13, to which my response was directed.

[Zarthras]My conservative friends in the Mormon Church are being ordered to support Hillary. They are following orders.

That's not an order. That's Zarthras making stuff up.

We can’t be honest about the candidates? Are you a fragile little snow flake that needs a safe space?

Btw, “GTHO” isn’t the best way to get someone to agree with you...

The primaries are over. We are 84 days from the potential of a CINC Hillary and her SCOTUS.

Support Trump 1000% or get your unpatriotic and Hillary SCOTUS enabling you know what out of here.

I don't know what to make of this. But it would be nice if he showed the side his family repeatedly talks about.

Yup. More personal, family side of Trump needs to be shown on TV:

.

If I were on Trump's campaign team I would put together a Power Point illustration as an idea for a 15 second silent tv ad. The response would be incredible!

Well, I guess that's between you an Zarthras.

I don't know any Mormons personally, although Mitt Romney (may he rot in Hell) was my governor.

I used to enjoy listening sometimes to some of the songs on youtube sung by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the BYU choir, but after Mitt Romney's evil, slanderous lies against Trump (and his ongoing malicious villainy), and some of the lying, fetid garbage coming out of the mouth of "Battered Ol' Blackeyes" (Harry Reid), I no longer have an urge to listen to those Mormons.

Instead of heavenly, angelic music, they sort of remind me now of this "tinkling cymbal" Bible text:

"Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal."   1 Corinthians 13:1
While I'm sure that not all Mormons and Muslims are evil rotten people, it is also clear now that America is being deliberately harmed by a very large contingent of rotten M&M's:   Mormons & Muslims.

I’m not attacking anyone. I merely relayed my experience. I notice you don’t answer the question of whether you live in Utah. I’m well aware that bishops have other jobs, but they are a part of the church hierarchy and do represent church authority on a local level. To suggest otherwise is either an attempt to deceive or incredibly naïve. At the caucus, they were identified by title, as was the lady who gave the opening prayer and was the president of the relief society. They were also deferred to. You seem to forget I live among the folks in my precinct. They are my neighbors, friends, colleagues. I know them, and I harbor no ill will toward any of them. I participate in several organizations alongside them. However, because I live among them, I harbor no illusions as to the reality which exists in Utah.

As to your final thought, “Obedience is the first law of heaven.” Joseph F. Smith, “Discourse,” Deseret News, Nov. 12, 1873

It would be nice not having to get up in the AM, and look at the news to see "what did Trump say now".

The stronger Trump gets, the more of this BS you'll hear every day... it means that he's getting to them and becoming more and more of a threat to their dear Hillary.

Listen to what Trump himself says... and don't let the MSM's spin distract you. You may have heard this before, but just in case... the MSM can't be trusted.

With Romney this is personal to Romney.

Romney is apparently not beneath using his personal faith to push his PERSONAL revenge even it means sacrificing fellow followers.

Sad for him.
Sad for the sacrificial lamb candidate
Pity the followers

Agreed, in the media circus right now, very few people are going to say they are voting for trump. Who wants to be called a racist, homophobic, xenophobe.

I keep telling my extended family back in Penna., that this
election is about one thing only, the Supreme Court. If they can either abstain or vote Hillary then it is they who gave us a Leftist Supreme Court.
Hey if you want Gay Marriage by law in churches and fully paid reparations straight from a leftist Supreme Court, then what else can I say?
