But do they, the Russian government, pay attention to their work? The old Soviets blew off their own physicist’s theory on stealth aircraft and he ended working for Lockheed on the F-117 project. Lockheed used his published work to propose their design on the project even though they were not invited to submit (only Boeing and Northrup Grumman).
That is why you should look up those names yourself.

The media is just being flooded with stories of “superior” Russian and Chinese weapons. The video of the Chinese rocket intercepting an incoming warhead was the fakest thing I’ve seen since North Korea’s nuclear warplan against the United States. The graphics show that they’re unaware that the Earth is round.
