Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus called Donald Trump Tuesday to express frustration with the presidential candidate’s campaign and how he has handled his prolonged feud with the family of a slain Muslim-American soldier, according to several party sources familiar with the conversation.

It’s a sign of the growing angst within the GOP over a candidate who has veered away from his core talking points since the conclusion of last month’s Republican National Convention.

So we have democrats, the media and now the GOP doing everything they can to beat Trump. GOP needs to grow a pair. Here on FR we live in a bubble. Outside of here knives are drawn for Trump and it is serious.

Yes it’s all deliberate. Nothing Trump did or said is a basis for all this. In fact he isn’t saying anything on this topic.

From now until November 8th, the MSM will devote all their energy to crap like this...while doing their utmost to keep anything negative about Hillary under the rug.

Trump has 14 weeks to focus on his message and stick to it. He needs to stop handing the media these juicy tabloid issues to run with for days on end.

Rinse NEVER called Amnesty Ryan and told him to stop fragging Trump. Then leaked the call to the press. As aTrump supporter at the moment I see no reason to vote GOP down ticket. RIP GOP.

It isn’t a prolonged feud except that the press has continued to beat the drum. They beat the drum and demand to know why you are making them beat the drum.

He needs to do something, though, to take them off their game and force them to beat to his drumbeat. He did that pretty well until now, he needs to get back to what works.

We knew this would happen, though. Whoever won the primary, as soon as he won the press would open up with all barrels. Since they control the amount of air time he gets, it can be difficult to get past them. A lesser mouth would have no chance; Trump needs to shout louder. Do what works for him, and do it louder.

Well, I offer a different analysis. Trump waded into something completely unnecessary that he should have known the media would ride like a cheap whore for as long as they can, like the mexican judge thingy. Just not a whole lot of upside.

Trump nipped it in the bud.
It’s the media and kahn who are prolonging it.

Te GOP is outing themselves, which is good. We can be certain now who Trump will NOT be hiring.

Stop blaming Trump. CNN had about 8 anti-Trump stories on monday on their home page. Whatever he does they will be smearing his. Focus your fire on this issue where it belongs: the Quisling Republicans campaigning for Hillary Rotten Criminal.

The RNC does not demonstrate a willingness to win elections and fails to act like an opposition party.

If Rinse has issues with Trump, it should be a private conversation. Whomever is allowing this crap into the news stream is enabling the socialist party - and needs to be fired. Today.

No need to speculate. Just look like Amnesty Ryan’s twitter. He’s back to fragging Trump 24/7.

Talking pure strategery here.....Trump has always spoken off the cuff and without a filter. Hillary is incapable of talking about her record, and must avoid it....and has to be overly scripted.

So each has an advantage and disadvantage that can be flipped. Trump’s chance is to stay on message and laser focus Hillary’s corruption AND make people feel he is a safe choice.

Hillary’s chance is to avoid talking about all that, and make Trump seem crazy. She can use his willingness to take on every insult and such against him by simply making the conversation about, literally, ANYTHING but her.

So Team Trump has to figure out how to let Trump be Trump, but only about Hillary. These side battles are helping the press protect her.

Hopefully there will be a new drop if info against her and hit the reset button.

Also, if they do it right, they can really torch her in the debates. But he has to be focused on her....and hopefully with a bombshell accusation or two.

This is an old democrat trick - show a picture of a sad child starving then use it to justify a welfare program that destroys the family...

Dems don't want to debate the issue of a ban on .immigration from Muslim counties involved with terrorism - they want to turn it into a referendum on one dead soldier and his family

The unforced errors by Trump are going to start mounting quickly. Conventions are over, the media is doing (as predicted) their best to turn Shrillary's campaign around by focusing on Trump's faux pa's. They'll start citing case, after case, after case of Trump shooting from the hip as proof he's unqualified to serve. That's how the media, Shrillary, Obama and the Democrats along with the GOP-E are going to play it.

If it isn't obvious to all, it's us against them.

Article is nothing more than the enemedia attacking Trump under the guise of “being concerned”.

While we at FR know this, I hope the folks figure out that from now until election day, the enemedia is not going to run a single positive article about Trump, while they treat Hillary with tender love, covering up for her at every turn.

The enemedia has finally dropped all pretense of “objectivity” and now function exclusively as a propaganda organ for Hillary Clinton.
