Retired Marine Corps Gen. John Allen said that if Republican nominee Donald Trump becomes president and follows through on some of the things hes said on the campaign trail, the U.S. could face a civil military crisis, the like of which weve not seen in this country.
"When we swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution, which is a document and a set of principles and it supports the rule of law, one of those is to ensure that we do not obey illegal orders," Allen told told ABCs George Stephanopoulos on "This Week."

NSC Russia Expert Escorted From White House Under Intelligence Investigation
Posted on January 19, 2020 by sundance
CTH held off reporting on this explosive story until we could see if a tell-tale consequence surfaced; perhaps it has. On Friday the National Security Council senior director for European and Russian affairs, Andrew Peek, was escorted from the White House grounds and is currently under a security investigation.
There are few details about why Peek was physically removed and is under a very serious investigation; however, some of Andrew Peeks professional background details tell a story. The connection to Gen. John Allen is a MASSIVE warning flare.
Andrew Peek, the senior director for European and Russian affairs at the National Security Council, has been placed on administrative leave pending a security-related investigation, people familiar with the situation tell Axios.
First the Daily Mail:
[
] Peek had been in the NSC role for just two months, after most recently working as a deputy assistant secretary of state with responsibility for Iran and Iraq.
[
] Peek had been expected to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland next week with Trump and other top aides. However, he is currently on leave pending a security-related investigation, people familiar with the situation told Axios...../snip
Hmmmm. More swamp drainage? Keep this up and youll start seeing DC elite disavow swamp membership. MAGA

Meanwhile, the very same month that Allen says this, the UN is busy finding ways to meddle in our policing:

The Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice has provided oversight and recommendations for improvement of police services in a number of cities with consent decrees. This is one of the most effective ways to reduce discrimination in law enforcement and it needs to be beefed up and increased to cover as many of the 18,000-plus local law enforcement jurisdictions.
That was United Nations Rapporteur Maina Kai on July 27, a representative of the U.N. Human Rights Council, who on the tail-end of touring the U.S., endorsed a little-known and yet highly controversial practice by the Justice Department to effect a federal takeover of local police and corrections departments.

Ironically, Trump has shown & demonstrated greater respect for the Military than any of his predecessors since Reagan. Yet, we’re seeing career “generals” behaving like petulant jackasses. WTF? Maybe the defense contractors are hammering the “generals” for something Trump won’t deliver.
3 days after this Kenyan pops up with the report on US policing in 2016, General Allen comes out with this nonsense about a civil-military crisis....
I wonder if the Brookings Institution is behind the riot organizing?
MAY 29, 2015 : (OBAMA ADMIN SUPPORTING HEZBOLLAH...see GEN. JOHN ALLEN ) In an interview with CBS News, General (retired) John Allen, the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition To Counter ISIL, or the Islamic State, attempted to assure Americans that they should not be concerned with the US providing military and other support for Shiite militias, many of which are backed by Iran. Allen attempts to separate the extremist elements from the Popular Mobilization Force (or Committee), when the distinction is practically meaningless. From the interview, which was published on the US State Departments website (emphasis is mine):
With regard to militias, its really important to understand that the militias are not just a single monolithic entity. There are the militias that you and I are used to hearing that have close alignments with Iran. Those are the extremist elements, and we dont have anything to do with that. But there are elements of the Shia militias that volunteered last year to try to defend Iraq from the onslaught of Daesh [Islamic State] who were called to arms by Grand Ayatollah Sistani, and those elements, or the Popular Mobilization Force, as they are known, have been subordinated to the Iraqi higher military campaign or command. And they will provide maneuver capacity and additional firepower to the Iraqi Security Forces as we continue to build them out, as we continue to build the professionalization of the Iraqi forces. So the fact that militias are involved and tribes are involved in this part of the campaign, this part of the implementation of supporting Iraq ultimately to recover the country, should not alarm us. We just need to ensure that we manage the outcome of this. The extremist elements referred to by Allen include the Hezbollah Brigades, which has been designated by the US government as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, Saraya Khorasani, the Badr Organization, Asaib al Haq (League of the Righteous), Kataib Imam Ali (Imam Ali Brigade), Sayyed al Shuhada Brigade, and Harakat Nujaba. Top leaders of the last four groups are listed by the US as specially designated global terrorists.
Prime Minister Abadis been clear that these organizations within the Popular Mobilization Force, the Shia volunteers, will eventually either transition into the security forces themselves or go home. Thats the solution that he intends and I think that thats a supportable outcome. So for now this goes back to the point that you made about urgency urgency is an important factor here in helping us to focus on supporting the Iraqis, the tribes, and the Popular Mobilization Force to take those actions necessary to defeat Daesh locally.

Retired four-star Marine Gen. John Allen, is on administrative leave from his role as president of the Brookings Institute D.C. think tank after the FBI seized his electronic data on suspicion of lying to investigators and withholding evidence about his role in secretly lobbying for the government of Qatar.
As a general, he commanded all U.S. and NATO troops in Afghanistan in the Obama administration....
Allen bump
If I’m not mistaken he was relieved of command after some pretty legit sexual harassment claims/incidents.
He’s a POS like all the rest.
