An axe-man who stormed a passenger train and hacked at terrified passengers while shouting "Allahu Akbar" has been identified as a 17-year-old Afghan who entered Germany as a lone refugee.
The attacker was identified by stunned government officials after a huge investigation was launched just hours after the bloody attack exploded.
The horror began at around 9mpm local time when the teenager stormed a train that was travelling close to Wurzburg in southern Germany.
He then shouted "Allahu Akbar" - which means God is greatest - before launching into the terrifying attack on innocent passengers and then attempting to flee.
News outlets in Germany have claimed the crazed attacker then suddenly turned and headed for police who then shot him dead.
Early reports claim he has left at least three people fighting for shock lives, and a fourth with minor injuries.
At least 14 other passengers were being treated for shock.
The attacker has been identified as a 17-year-old Afghan man who was a refugee to Germany, according to reports in Germany.
His motive has not yet been revealed, with police refusing to comment on whether or not it was a terrorist attack.

Axe attacker was shot by police
The Bavarian interior ministry in Munich has confirmed the suspected axe attacker was shot by police as he fled the scene.
German media reports have stated the man was shot dead but authorities are not confirming this at this stage.
Police have refused to comment on any suspected motives at this stage.
Passengers were attacked after 21.00 train from Treuchtlingen to Würzburg stopped at Würzburg-Heidingsfeld.
Was he shot dead on spot? Please do not tell me he will be placed in a tax payer funded five star hotel called prison for three years, and then released to rape and kill again

Instead of using the “Religion of Peace’ line as an excuse we should use it as a justification for bulldozing radical mosques (most of them).
Raid a mosque, find illegal weapons and arsenals....

After 90% percent of the mosques are raided in europe and bulldozed, maybe the muslims will start living more peacefully or be forced to leave and return to the “peaceful homelands”....
