NICE: FRONT VIEW OF TRUCK ATTACK
Dramatic moments when terrorist drives through the promenade, swerving left and right .... Truck heading straight towards cameraman .... Rest in Peace.
Do I need to see This?
Islam is an R O P
Oh man, that is horrible.
BLM should consider this the next time they block the Interstate.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway (because it was built 100+ years ago) is now in a densely populated area. There is a street that goes parallel to the track that is populated by tens of thousands of people on race day.
Several years ago they closed this street via permanent barriers just to prevent an attack like this (and car bombers also).
No and I wish I had not.
Easy to see why the death toll was so high. Most people looking the other way. A few looking toward where the truck was coming from. Just three seconds from when truck first spotted (about a 60 yards away) to impact by camera phone. Most probably never new what hit them, or only had a brief glimpse. With the attack lasting about 120 seconds, he averaged a bit less than two hits per second.
Did he hit five people in the three seconds where the truck is traveling in the video? You cannot see it, but it is likely given the crowded conditions shown.
Better lighting than I had imagined.
Hard to judge the distances. After reviewing the video a few more times, I think the truck was further away, maybe a hundred yards, when first seen, and is moving faster, maybe as much as 60 mph. The truck covers the distance in perhaps a little over 3 seconds.
I had been wondering how it could happen for 2 kilometers.
1. Extremely loud rock concert music. (even screams could just be interpreted as “jubilant”)
2. Visibility in a packed crowd is something like 3-4 yards head height sideways for people the same height.
I think people should watch this.
For sure most of us here now the barabarity of islam.
I by mistake on twitter started watching one of the first videos which showed closeups of the carnage after the truck had passed. As soon as I realised I stopped the vid, but even then those images will stay with me forever like the Berg beheading.
If showing these horrid images on tv for all to see would save western civilization I guess that would be a good thing.
Horrible.
16th Street and Georgetown,
Know it Well.
I can see 20 Rednecks clawing at the cab to get to the driver should that happen .
Pity the Fool!

It is not gory.
But, you see people moments before their death.
Camera point down just before impact, probably as the person who filmed realised what was going on.
“I can see 20 Rednecks clawing at the cab to get to the driver should that happen .”
In Nice, the truck was moving too fast to grab. Cannot grab a moving vehicle at even 40 mph.
People were taken by surprise. They had at most 3 seconds warning. Not enough time to evaluate the threat and take action.
Most had far, far less, if they had any warning at all.
Everyone should see it. Maybe it’ll send home the message 1) that ISIS is the enemy and 2) get your nose out of your phone and pay attention to what’s going on around you.
A motorcyclist tried to divert him but he was mowed down, too.
I can’t help but wonder how this event may have affected the security measures, if any, for the current running of the Tour De France.
Yes, they had to live it. You just have to see it. They want it to know what happened.....I would.
Tough to watch? How would you explain that to the ones that had to go through it?
Yes, run away. Be a man and watch it. Then let it guide your actions. I bet they’d want everyone to see it. Just like the 911 jumpers.
Everyone wants to hide it away quickly.
