Obama will describe this as an isolated lone-wolf attack. His goal is to give his terrorist allies as much cover as possible, and the “lone wolf” dismissal seems to play best in focus groups and with the liberal media.
Note: This terrorist is, of course, not Muslim. Islam is a religion of peace, and the 20,000 or so Islamic terrorist attacks since 9-11 are isolated events that have nothing to do with Islam.
