We need a law that requires every legal and illegal immigrant to sign a waiver of their rights such that if they commit an act of violence or even attempt to do so, that they agree that the punishment will be the death penalty and that failure to agree to this would result in immediate deportation.

You are not as far to the right as am I. I say that the punishment for any infringement of the law that is a felony, by anyone, citizen or not, should be ‘death’. ;-)
In other words, any law more severe than a traffic citation and even some of those require the death penalty! LOL
For example, cutting someone off in traffic: Straight to the gallows!

Maybe we need a LAW to help better Protect our Public Servants from GUNS?
All persons that can be classified as a “Public Servant” or an “Officer of the Court” Shall be Prohibited from having Anyone in their Employ, or Employed on their Behalf, in Possession Of Firearms or Ammunition.
Any Violation Shall be a Felony , Punishable by a Mandatory 5 Years in Prison and a $10 Million Dollar Fine.
Why do we need any immigration at all? Kennedy managed to put a stop to almost all immigration from Europe years ago, which is why we are only getting the filth and scum from third world countries here legally and illegally. Just put a total end to it and not allow anyone here, then you won’t have to worry about figuring out exactly who is who.
