Issa: FBI "Has No Choice"; Must Indict Clinton

The FBI "really has no choice" but to recommend an indictment against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to former House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif., shown). His statement echoes Tom DeLay's claim last week that the FBI is "ready to indict."

While much of the focus has been on the fact that Clinton passed classified information over an unsecured server, Issa pointed out that, as bad as that is, there is more to it:

These are documents that are not only highly classified, but she took them from government. Let's not forget when she left government, she didn't leave a copy. She took it all. So, it's taking and holding classified documents.

ITEM---There is also evidence that Hillary and her aides did not sign the required exit forms upon leaving State....

....which means they could still be getting classified information...info this cabal needs to carry on its lucrative businesses which were organized while they were state employee getting paid by the US taxpayers.

Signing the exit form would have cutoff access to State Dept info......info the Clintons rely on to cash-in.

ITEM Taxpayers should demand to be informed if Huma Abedin, CherylMills, and other Clinton cronies are STILL listed as State Dept employees---perhaps as contractors---and are still receiving classified mail and govt paychecks.

Note Brian Pagliano---Hillary's personal IT---left her employ then surfaced on the public payroll as a State Dept contractor.

But actually Lynch did not say she will do as recommended. She parsed like a Clinton and said she would “accept” the recommendation and then decide what to do about it. Like a guy catching a football pass. She will catch it, but will she run with it??

Still, EVERYONE read that (not just you, all the media!), happily, that she will follow the recommendation of Comey. So that is great, she is tied. Heh heh.

It must be noted that attorney general Lynch said she would take the recommendations of the FBI and career prosecutors. She then walked this back and said, she will make the final decision. In effect she is as much in control of the indictment as she was before. Nothing has changed and as Attorney General she gets to pick the career prosecutors. She will pick those that will decide the way she wants it decided. Nothing has changed!!!! The only thing we do not know is what Obama has decided. What he has decided is what Attorney General Lynch does.

Obama loathes Hillary. If he can make any ideologue that reflects his political philosophy with the exception of Hillary, he will.

It should also be noted that the meeting was not supposed to be discovered. A reporter got a tip from someone and showed up for the meeting. Attorney General Lynch is no fool. If she did not intend to meet with Bill Clinton she would not have meet Bill Clinton. The reporter was not allowed to take pictures of the aircraft or anything. This was a prearranged meeting. It was only discovered because someone in the secret service or the FBI leaked it to this reporter.

Also, this meeting was so crucial to Hillary and Bill that they did not send a third party nor use electronic of telephonic communication. It had to be face to face without anyone knowing. I do not know who leaked the information about the meeting to the reporter. He is a patriot of our great nation.

I forgot to add that if this was not a prearranged meeting there would be nothing to leak to the reporter as the secret service would not have known about it in time to leak to a reporter nor would the FBI. Someone knew and they leaked and thank them for their love of country. He or she will pay a high price for their act of patriotism.
