Issa: FBI "Has No Choice"; Must Indict Clinton
The New American ^ | Feb 5, 2016 | C. Mitchell Shaw

Posted on 07/03/2016 1:52:40 PM PDT by Ray76

The FBI "really has no choice" but to recommend an indictment against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to former House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif., shown). His statement echoes Tom DeLay's claim last week that the FBI is "ready to indict."

While much of the focus has been on the fact that Clinton passed classified information over an unsecured server, Issa pointed out that, as bad as that is, there is more to it:

These are documents that are not only highly classified, but she took them from government. Let's not forget when she left government, she didn't leave a copy. She took it all. So, it's taking and holding classified documents.

I heard Lynch say she would “accept” the recommendations of the FBI, that’s like used car dealers saying they “accept all credit APPLICATIONS”...not your credit, just the application.

Accepting the paperwork from Comey does not constitute following them to their conclusion.

When it comes to tricky wording and bait-and-switch, you can’t trust the Clinton/Obama gang.

The fbi can arrest and hold someone though.

And Trump is exposing the uniparty like nobody ever has. He is really opening up the corruption for all to see.

It would take a prosecutor with a big pair- and is smart enough to withstand the political nonsense- to win in front of a mostly black DC jury.

Issa is right BUT we are dealing with the thug enterprise that is the Democrat party which DOES NOT EVER RECOGNIZE ANY LAW OR RULE THAT INCONVENIENCES THEM. They are Hitler they are Stalin et al, they CANNOT admit culpability. Somehow, in their minds that would render everything they believe to be wrong. ONLY the the other can be wrong never themselves. Thats why there will be bloodshed; because they’re stupid crazy. Even if Trump wins.

The FBI must indict. Bulls...! The FBI doesn’t indict anyone. They recommend indictment. It is up to the AG to indict. The AG doesn’t have to indict anyone for anything, doesn’t have to call for a grand jury, doesn’t have to file an information. The AG can ignore open mass murder if the AG so chooses.

For reference, FBI cannot indict. FBI can only refer charges.

I believe they will refer charges, else, they lose credibility for a generation.

I hope you’re right. The two greatest institutions we ever produced are the Marines and the FBI. We need them both now more than ever.

If the fbi doesn’t throw hillary in jail the agency will have lost all credibility.

Oh, they could make the facts known. Comey is a joke, the only reputation he has is standing up to a Republican president. He’s obviously just a partisan hack. Like the EPA, DOE and IRS and the rest of the DOJ they no longer serve the country’s needs. The all take an oath to defend the constitution and few Bureaucrats, if any, even understand what that means.

Lets see, there are 4 Recommendations coming to the AG
1. Political Appointee #1
2. Political Appointee #2
3. Career Prosecutors
4. The FBI

Sounds like she is very clever to say she would accept their recommendations.

Comey only recommends.... Someone in a blue dress...

Loretta...I regret the meeting in the plane....

has the final say on "indictment".

The FBI can’t indict. All they can do is make a referral to DOJ.

While Bill and Loretta were meeting, the FBI was ordering people away, stopping them from talking photos, and telling them they couldn’t use their phones. Yeah, a real ethical bunch...
