Well have to admit,took a long shot and I went with Trump first off. I did like Cruz...but that ended not very well.
My Family: The Women went for Trump from the get go because of his unvarnished style and the Men finally joined US, only when Cruz had his BIG Meltdown! ;) True Story. We never let them forget it! Ha! ;)

My wife probably went for him before I did as well, but only because I thought Trump was not probably very serious. I did like what I was hearing from him as it was so refreshing hearing someone actually say what a lot of Americans were thinking. When I saw he was serious, and Cruz showed really very little concern for illegal immigration, I knew I was backing the wrong man.

I voted for Cruz in the primary but I’m telling everyone around me that Trump is the last chance. If he is not elected we go into darkness or civil war.

One of my kids told me that voting for Trump was like playing Russian roulette - cause you may not get what you expect. I said fine - but not voting for Trump is half a vote for Drooling Evil and if we play Russian roulette with her there will be a bullet in every chamber.

I was a Cruz person but have gone for The Donald.

The spouse thinks he will be like Vladimir Putin or worse and prefers the son of the mailman for some unfathomable reason. At least no vote for either communist.

Hillary - Take away guns that good guys use for protection from bad guys and tyranny.

Trump - Stop the influx of and rid the good guys of the bad guys by using whatever method it takes to actually be affective.

No brainer is right.

And that's just 2 issues that morph into one big issue.

We were a divided family for awhile.
The fellows were saying the same for awhile in our family. My Step-dad voiced his same concerns to me as you've just stated.
WE are here together NOW and TRump Is The Man to keep America Alive put US ALL back in Control of this Great Country of OURS!
We cannot allow these politicans to keep ruining our Country.
