IIRC, my interpretation of it (real-time back then) was something to do with a night so cold in Alaska, it required three sled dogs in bed with you to keep warm.

They performed recently at a trade show I was at. I missed it and shouldn’t have.
The band is still the original members. (I think one member died recently)

Cory Wells.
A really great guy. We shared a hobby (board wargaming) and I got to know him. Good family centered life.
He told me that once he got elected ‘Den Mother of the Year’ in Malibu beating out Kris Kristofferson for the honor.
He went out rockin’ to the end!
