“These kids knew they could beat on me all they wanted, and the administration would tacitly encourage it by not doing anything about it,” Perez said. “In no other workplace would I be expected to take this as part of my day.”

MS 72 struggles with discipline problems and low student achievement. In school surveys, kids have complained of bullying.

Perez says several kids taunted and threatened her as they spewed X-rated profanity. They called her “white bitch,” pelted her with pencils, and tossed rocks as she walked to her car, warning that she would “get shot” and “get my ass kicked.”

Perez says several kids taunted and threatened her as they spewed X-rated profanity. They called her “white bitch,” pelted her with pencils, and tossed rocks as she walked to her car, warning that she would “get shot” and “get my ass kicked.”

A boy climbed on a table and “pretended to hump his backpack,” telling Perez, “You know you want it so drop your pants. I’m gonna give it to you hard.” Her attempts to control the hooligans met with accusations of racism.

“‘It’s because I have a flat top (haircut) and I’m black you f—in’ racist,” she quoted a boy she told to sit down.

Sadly it is probably the taxpayers who will foot the bill and not the jackass students or their parents.

Should have been $125 million to put all the other school administrators and board members on notice.

Teachers should refuse to work in those schools.

It starts in 3rd grade. Believe me. The kids know who is in charge. 0bama said if you discipline the black kids more than the white kids, you are a racist. The black kids are using this as a blank check to get away with ANYTHING and Administration will do NOTHING.

Yep. And to put it in perspective, it is less than the ACLU won for the Lesbians against the Christian owned bakery in Oregon.

All across America are administrators very willing to side with the savages in the name of political correctness, and in the name of their careers.

I saw it first hand when I worked in a rough a school district: the admins would contort themselves trying to unsee violent and criminal behavior by the usual suspects. Nothing was ever the fault of the criminal student; there were adults making excuses for them, as a career, it seemed.

I agree with your statement. Unfortunately it begins even earlier and in my wife’s experience second grade.

When I went to school in the 3rd grade back then, all this was unthinkable and I would have gotten my ass kicked when I got home if I did any of this, just amazing how things have changed since then.

Those “students” are the very definition of the difference between black people and niggers.

Melt one or two of them down in a classroom and I would bet that would cure the problem. If not, repeat as necessary.

IMO, this is a result of abrogating authority to students which began in earnest the mid 60s. Not a joke, the first barrier was the dress codes. It seemed like a simple thing but it was the opening of the gates. Activist student body congresses, acquiescence to sit ins bordering on the faculties openly supporting rebellion against the war or perceived racism or their calls for higher pay moved it along. Once these seemingly important items were resolved, the tiger was out of the cage and would not be contained, there was always one more barrier to break to the point of doing in the last barrier which is self rule with no authority figures nor achievement goals in the public area, with private schools not far behind.

Yes we can home school but who wants to see their money extorted by the state and squandered on a pack of locusts?

Exactly right. Just another chapter in Hussein’s LEGACY book.

You betcha. In many districts, administrators get bonuses, and later on promotions, for reducing the suspension rate. And that's quite easy to do.

If no weapons are involved, do not suspend anyone. If a student uses vulgar language, just send 'em back to class. If a student pushes another student, or a teacher, just send 'em back to class.

Gotta get those suspension numbers down.

Side note: In the old days the teachers unions would have pushed back against this. The old union leaders were tough folks, often military vets or factory workers. But today's union leaders are just political operatives, and nothing more.

We homeschoolers are somewhat divided on that point. I personally see paying those property taxes as the cost of being mostly left alone.

The school officials wouldn’t listen to her, as they didn’t want to appear racist, much in the same way that the Orlando shooter wasn’t turned in although everyone around him knew he was a danger. He basically walked around saying- “I hate gays and I want to kill gays.” Then, surprise surprise, he killed gays.
