Embarrassment means nothing to Obama.
Obama has successfully penetrated the Federal Government through political appointees and bureaucratic hires.
Obama has successfully penetrated the Judicial system via blackmail, appointments and DOJ persuasion.
Obama has successfully penetrated the Military through persecusion, prosecution of senior military officials and has carefully selected replacements that simply gel the military.
Good point about Obama and the Olympics. I forgot about that fiasco.
This allows Obama crocodile tears as Biden is appointed to replace an ill Hillary.
The major reason is that she has been on the inside for so long she knows too much about the rest of the major players.
Do you think for one minute that she is the only person in high office who has heir hand in the till?

Obama bought hisself some plausible deniability today .....he will be shocked, but must back the legal process, the courts, law and order etc while also using her “charges” to fuel riots, protests, media outrage that he as POTUS has to quell with “extreme unprecedented measures” .........
Then uncle Joe wades into the fray as the rat running in her place with Poke’a nutcase Warren as VP to save the day. Biden will be Obamas best bet to continue the destruction of America as Mrs Bill would just sell it.

Unlike our side. The left stands by their nominee knowing she’s a criminal. The right won’t stand by their guy because he’s not politically correct. Cowards all.
There are two scenarios where she still might be indicted:
There may be a third way
Is it possible the FBI could charge her with a crime at a State level not a Federal level?
The 4th way:
Simply hold a press conference and and say “If Hillary Clintbitch were not a high demonratic official she’d have already been in jail. The evidence is overwhelming. This is a slam dunk case. For Obama to instruct the AG to not indite should be grounds for impeachment.”
I doubt that either of those would happen
I am saying FBI will leak the report if they recommend indictment Comey is a straight forward guy he WILL get the report out one way or another!!! If indictment is recommend it will destroy her regardless!!!

If he does leak the information, it kills Hillary and makes a fool of Obama. The country will believe Comey over Obama. He really doesn’t have many good choices...Comey is the most powerful person in DC these days.

I need to mull that one over - "permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody . . ." I see why this is so complicated.

Judge Nap: ‘Major Conflict of Interest’ in Obama Endorsement of Hillary
Judge Andrew Napolitano said today that if President Obama endorses Hillary Clinton, it could create a major conflict of interest with respect to the ongoing FBI investigations.
Obama, who is meeting with Bernie Sanders at the White House today, is reportedly closing in on giving his official backing to the former First Lady, who clinched the nomination earlier this week.
On Fox and Friends this morning, Napolitano said this is all happening amid two separate FBI investigations: one into Clinton’s private emails as secretary of state and another into possible corruption linked to the Clinton Foundation.

I don’t think Lynch will ever indict, but the endorsement doesn’t have any evidentiary value one way or the other, in my view. They always endorse, every single time, once there is a nominee. It is a dem. ritual. If O endorsed and later they indicted, he’d say “See, proof I didn’t control the process, and proof I didn’t interfere, and proof I didn’t know, or why would I endorse?”
If he doesn’t endorse, he’s saying “She’s a crook and she might go down.”

I would only vouch for one, Jeff Sessions. There are a few others, I know, but I’m not knowledgable enough to know who.
No one can recommend an indictment. It is for a grand jury to decide. The DOJ can opt not to convene a GJ, but I think that will be worse for them. In my opinion it all rests on Comey. If he thinks he has enough to take toa GJ, and the Lynch declines to do so, I think he will do what it takes to force her hand. Everything I have ever heard about him says he is stand up. I believe there are still enough principled folks in the FBI to push the issue..
I don’t think 3 and 4 are even plausible, and 1 is admittedly remote. 2 is still the only likely way I can see it happening.

No problem...it’s actually a slam dunk. Don’t believe the talking heads; she removed them on purpose. If you want to know the real deal, look up Andrew McCarthey at National Review Online. He is a former US prosecutor and makes all this very clear.
