There are so many stupid people and so many social media idiots out there, this happens. All. The. Time. Anyone "following" these idiots needs to remove them from their list.
That is if they are even conservative in the first place. Many of these fake memes are created by liberals to discredit the conservative movement.
This may be one of those cases. It was meant to equate "violence against Trump supporters with FAKE. And they succeeded with the idiocracy.

Now they are saying: "Tweet about Trump supporter being beaten turned out to be fake. I apologize for misleading my followers. Now it is deleted."
But the picture clearly show that this person didn't retweet the picture. They copied it from someone else's account, and posted it as their own.
Look below: You'll see "/instagram" in the corner. Instagram doesn't put their name in the corner. I recognized this as coming from the Daily Mail. Someone copied that picture from this link:

and purposely created a meme designed to discredit conservatives. Which he copied and passed off as his own--I do not see evidence that he gave credit to the original agitproper. His twiter account is @cons_nation. Why he picked "CONS" when @conservative_nation was available is interesting to me.

It’s like the list with Obama’s ties to Islam (school, favorite sound is the muslim call to prayer and then he recited it, claim he came to Jesus as an adult on his own rather than via family indoctrination,...) Add some easily debunked claims and cast doubt on the hard to dispute facts.
