Why did Hillary Clinton lie about Benghazi? There is no doubt that she lied. It has been proven that she told two completely different stories.
What exactly was the lie?
She lied about the enemy's motive for attacking us at Benghazi. She told the American people that we were attacked at Benghazi by a disorganized mob because some Libyans were mad about a video they saw. She knew this explanation was a lie. She told her daughter, almost immediately, that the attack was an organized attack by our enemies.
Why did she tell this particular lie?
You lie to cover something up. What was she covering up?
She was lying to try to coverup the reason the enemy attacked us at Benghazi.
Of all the things Hillary Clinton could have lied about concerning the attack at Benghazi, she feels the most important thing to coverup is the reason why the enemy attacked us there.
Why?
How does the reason for the enemy attacking us at Benghazi have anything to do with Hillary Clinton PERSONALLY?
She could have attributed the attack to the fighting in Libya. We were fighting there after all.
She could have attributed the attack as a move by the enemy to take out a high-value American target (the Ambassador).
I don't think anybody in the world was really surprised that our enemies targeted us at Benghazi.
But Hillary has to lie to coverup the enemy's motive for hitting us at Benghazi?
Some people are saying that she was lying to coverup the gun running operation in Benghazi.
Hillary had been instrumental in overthrowing the government of Libya and having Libya's leader murdered.
Why would she be worried about people finding out about gun running to Syria?
She didn't lie about the enemy's motive for attacking us at Benghazi because of gun running.
And why would the enemy attack us at Benghazi? The attacker gets to choose where he will attack. Why did they attack us at Benghazi?
To kidnap the Ambassador?
Nope. It would have been much easier to get him enroute to Benghazi or going to another location.
Hillary's complete disregard for proper security communications proves that she places her welfare ahead of the citizens of the United States
The same thing is true regarding her lying about Benghazi.
She lied to protect herself and not the citizens of the United States.
My theory is that she was personally making money from the fighting in Libya. I would have to have access to witnesses and records to prove that in a court of law. I don't have that.
What I do have is the record of Hillary Clinton's past behavior. From her lying during the Watergate investigation through Travelgate and the Whitewater investigation, Hillary Clinton has proved that she will lie to get what she wants.
In the case of the attack at Benghazi, she is lying to the American people and the world to try to save herself from prosecution.
What will she not lie about to the American people in order to advance her personal interests?
Hillary Clinton represents no one but herself and works for no one but herself.
To vote for her is to give her another opportunity to harm Americans while she benefits herself.
Recall that just a week or so prior to Benghazi, Hussein declared that the threat from muslim terrorists was greatly diminished and they were no longer a threat.
Madam Benghazi lied, not only because it is her nature, but to admit an unprovoked attack did not fit the fairy tale narrative spun by 0bama. In return, 0bama is protecting her, for now, against major felony and espionage charges related to her home grown email server.

A stumbling block for Bill’s re-election was that he did NOTHING to help Rwanda, and Hillary remembered that big-time.
When early nominal unrest presented in Libya Hillary remembered Bill’s Rwanada inaction. Hillary was of course already thinking about her own impending Coronation and wanted that to go smoothly —she was galvanized into activity.

Activity? That broom-riding b*tch she set up her own CIA. She was a whirling dirvish of gun-running and missile swapping, screaming for Khaddafi’s blood, a bit like the ending of the old movie Carrie.
She and her buddies began shrieking about Khaddafi carrying out Ethnic Cleansing, even though he was doing nothing of the sort.
Hillary was front and center in Libya —it allllll her own baby. She pushed it all.
She lied to cover up something of her own creation, she lied to deflect fron the huge CIA operation and a bungled attempt to pull off a swap for The Blind Sheik also may also have been a part of it.

Obama’s re-election was just 5 weeks away.
A huge and prompt rescue operation would have attracted press attention to a realm that was supposed to be a big, happy SUCCESS STORY —all the shooting and cameras promised to scuttle that narrative.
Next, they could have run into a Black Hawk Down scenario, and Hillary is very, very cautious.
The darkest and most speculative possibility is that part of her deal with the Muslim Brotherhood is that the American Mission have minimal defenses for a successful Stevens KIDNAPPING.
Obama had marketed himself from the very beginning as someone who would proactivity engage marginal world actors who’d been shunned.
The plan might have been for The Magic Negro to call on his special Muzzie contacts and with miraculous Diplomatic Acumen and understanding as the most intelligent man in the world, succeed in bringing Chris BACK TO AMERICA..!!!!!
Just in time for the re-election, of course, then widely forecast as a squeeker.
That she does.
From day one I’ve believed that the entire Benghazi attack was a setup organized by the Obama regime.
The purpose was to hand over the personnel, intel and a grip of cash to the attackers. Obama could then step up and “secure” the hostages release through his magical negotiating and the enemy could keep possession of the intel and cash, with the added millions that Obama would trade to the enemy for the hostages.
But, some good men got in the way and out of revenge, the enemy took possession of Ambassador Stevens and raped him to death.
He sure hasn’t shed any light on the situation at all.

*) She knew the truth would impact Obama’s reelection and her ability to get elected in Nov 2016.
*) She knew her “hacked” illegal email server would point to evidence that gave the enemy intel leading to the deaths of Stevens and the others who were murdered.
*) The phony video story was a diversion that enabled her the time to delete 30,000 email messages that would have proven her criminally suspect in the Embassy attack, the murders, the cover up, and the subsequent perjury while under oath.
*) Other criminal activity on the part of the players involved is just more water under the bridge.
*) That she seems to have gotten away with murder is most disheartening.

Clinton’s telephone call with Amr also contained a curious reference to what the former secretary referred to as a “very successful investment visit led by my deputy Tom Nides, and on the very day they left this series of incidents began to unfold.”
According to the Washington Post, Nides, who was deputy secretary for management and resources at the State Department, was at the same time responsible for “communications with donors” to the Clinton Foundation. Nides was also involved in the scandal involving Clinton’s efforts to provide special access to State Department officials for hedge fund clients of her son-in-law, Marc Mezinsky. CONCLUSION Hillary obviously made a deal w/ Obama (who knows EVERYTHING Hillary did at the State Dept). The deal is to delay the findings and hopefully to bury them. However, Obama has a lot to lose......he and the Missus are preparing to cash in bigtime ala the Clintons (via his two foundations---two that we know of).
You have to figure everything that comes out of Obama's WH is predicated on a foundation fund-raising scheme.....plus consultancies, insider business deals, not to mention humongous honoraria for he/she.
Few months back...Missus talked up "teaching our girls...(an idea she stole from the young Muslim Nobelist). Then just recently, Obama gave her $73 million tax dollars to go to filthy rich Qatar to "teach girls."
Really, the Benghazi attack is about the administration. Sure, most of her lies are to benefit her personally, but Obama lied too and ordered Susan Rice to perform the Full Ginsberg on the Sunday shows. Whatever was the reason for the insane lie would have brought the whole oligarchy down. I hope we live to learn the truth.
I don’t think there was a kidnapping plot, not the way the terrorists set the main complex on fire. Stevens succumbed to smoke inhalation. And like the OP wrote, since caravans got held up all the time there, it would have been much safer to take Stevens captive while en route somewhere.

The complex was set on fire after several hours of fighting against the men who weren’t supposed to be there defending the complex.
Every agency that attempted to intervene was ordered to stand down and not interfere. Outfits specifically created to prevent such events were ordered to sit on their hands. Multiple requests and even demands to improve security at that complex here systematically refused.
That ambassador Stevens died of smoke inhalation was invented much the same as the video as an excuse for the attack.
