The 2nd Amendment if Hillary Clinton is elected
April 22, 2016

The Supreme Court

Very interesting, but scary, view.

A number of republican voters have threatened that they won't vote for the GOP candidate this November if the eventual nominee was not their personal choice in the primaries. I just want to put something into perspective:

· Justice Scalia's seat is vacant. · Ginsberg is 82 years old, · Kennedy is 79, · Breyer is 77, and · Thomas is 67.

Nowadays, the data shows that the average age of a Supreme Court retirement or death occurs after the age of 75. There are 5 vacancies that will likely come up over the next 4-8 years. The next President will have the power to potentially create a 7-2 Supreme Court skewed according to his or her ideology. Think about that . . . 7-2. If the next President appoints 5 young justices, those choices will guarantee control of the Supreme Courtfor an entire generation, and 7-2 decisions will hold up much more over time than 5-4 decisions which will be deemed lacking a mandate.Hillary Clinton has made it clear she will use the Supreme Court to go after the 2nd Amendment. She has literally said that the Supreme Court was wrong in the Heller decision and that the Court should overturn and remove the individual’s right to keep and bear arms . . . . period. Everyone declaring that they won't vote for a particular candidate, if he turns out to be the GOP nominee, please realize this: If Hillary Clinton wins, and thus gets to make these appointments, voters of my age will surely never see another Conservative victory at the Supreme Court for the rest of our lives.

I would just nitpick a bit. A 5-4 decision is seen as a mandate if it supports the liberal view of an issue. For example liberals consider the 5-4 decision on homosexual marriage as being a civil rights mandate which should never be reviewed.

But liberals say that a decision such as Heller or Hobby Lobby lack a mandate and should be reviewed and overturned. I believe that both were 5-4,,but were 5-4 for the conservative view.

This election is do or die.

I hope the Cruzloyalists soon come to realize that the country is more important than their idol’s ambitions.

I don’t think that will be true of the Cubanadian or he wouldn’t even be running.

First off,,,, if she DOES become president there wouldn't be enough time in a day nor the manpower to keep up with the demand for more armament/ammo. Secondly,,,, these anti gun commies have to realize the fact that if the situation does occur, meaning a gun confiscation attempt, history WILL repeat itself. Hence,,,, another civil war. Liberalism will take a severe defeat including it's promoters.

GUNS SAVE LIVES AND THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS THE RESET BUTTON TO THE CONSTITUTION

Don’t ever forget that this bitch’s husband tried taking the 2A to court saying it didn’t give We The People the right to keep and bear arms. He lost the case and good for us. The ‘Rats’’ are all about disarming We The People for obvious reasons.

I watched that movie the other night “The Brave one” that stars Jodie Foster, and it’s about this woman and her fiance who get mugged in Central park New York city by a group of thugs, her fiance gets beaten to death and she survives and the rest of the movie is her getting revenge blah blah. But I thought it was telling, in that city you must get attacked and killed first rather than have the right to defend yourself, she has to buy an illegal gun first before she gets the revenge which by then is too late, because the fiance is already dead and I thought, isn’t that SO typical of New York city? If she or the fiance had a gun in the FIRST place it would have been over before it even started. And it’s not a movie, it’s not fiction, people all the time get killed in that city because they have no means of self defense. That movie was a primo example of how 2nd amendment unconstitutional infringement gets people killed, it does the exact opposite of what liberals scream it does. If your life is threatened you are helpless, you are going to die because that city is infested with oath breaking armed bodyguarded protected punk politicians

Trust me gang, if Hitlery gets the gig in November, packs the SCOTUS and they abrogate the Second Amendment, AMERICA IS OVER! Curious to know what that looks like?  Here ya' go!

Too extreme?  Visit YouTube and search LARRY GRATHWOHL. His first person 2 minute video explains why IT CAN HAPPEN HERE – AND WILL IF WE SCREW UP IN NOVEMBER.

Americans need to stop thinking about “Me! Me! Me!” and selfies and start thinking about their freedom. This is serious stuff. The Bill of Rights is on the line if this Nazi/Commie/Muzzie ho wins in November. Mark my words.

The supreme court needs to be disarmed and gutted. It’s members are not our God-like rulers and it is well past time that Americans stopped taking marching order from them.

Unconstitutional SC rulings should be ignored and flagrantly disobeyed just as unconstitutional laws passed by congress should be. Ditto for unconstitutional executive orders.

Assert your liberties or abdicate them. There is no negotiation.

Even if the Second Amendment is repealed, it doesn’t mean we lose the right to effectively defend ourselves against those more powerful, more numerous and less-principled than ourselves.

Remember how much chaos two guys with a rifle and an old beater of a car, shooting one round at a time, caused in the DC area a few years ago.

Consider how much trouble Christopher Dorner could have caused if he’d just kept his mouth shut and continued randomly shooting policemen....

If the 2nd Amendment goes, it will happen here. . just a matter of time.

What will all those Bernie and Hillary supporters think then?

"We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force." - Ayn Rand, The Nature of Government

November 8, 2016. The most important election in our lifetimes. Unite and Fight for the Republican nominee, regardless who it is!

Removing the individuals’ right to keep and bear arms didnt work out so well for George III and his Redcoats beginning at Lexington to his ultimate defeat at Yorktown. This is a right that won’t disappear easily.

State nullification. Long past time the state Governors grow a pair and did the right thing.

Let’s stop having the tail wag the dog.

I’ve always wondered how a person running for an office for which they have to take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States can, at the same time, scheme to condemn and eviserate the same Constitution they just pledged allegiance to.
How is this not treason?
