I'd guess probably veiled threats about ending his career, sending his adopted children back overseas and some damning evidence about his closet bisexual lifestyle either currently or in the past.
Seems credible that his arranged adoption of 2 Irish children via a South American arrangement and perhaps other personal factors render Roberts as blackmailable

His adoptive children are Irish born in Ireland, but were adopted thru a latin american country, speculation that rules or laws were circumvented. This was news during his confirmation process. Count Roberts with the libs on all important issues, guaranteed.
What if your first assumption is in error?
As a viewer of the make believe/kayfabed world of professional politics, what do they have to show you or say to you to make you unconsciously swap your skepticism for the trust required to make that first assumption?
Being naturally trusting and naive, I never used to ask myself that question, but now I look for their use of first impressions and other ways to get US to automatically drop our guards in their favor without their target audience being aware.
Here is what happened.
Years ago Roberts and his wife found two children in her home county of cork,Ireland.
Urged by Roberts' mother-in-law to adopt them,he took the kids and their birth mothers to Central America.
Once there they adopted the kids as if they were from Central America and brought them to the USA to live.
Everything seemed fine for years until obamacare came along.
Knowing that Roberts would savage obamacare the regime started looking into his past probably found the NTYT article that covered half of the story and the regime figured out the rest. Roberts had already written the against of obamacare for the court when he suddenly changed his mind and discovered that obamacare was indeed a tax.
Scalia tried for a month to talk him out of it but it didn't work.
So best guess is the regime got to Roberts and they own him from now on.
As an aside Scalia met with obama on Scalia's plane the day before he died.I think he was assassinated. There you have it.
