A teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water is all I’ve.ever used for heartburn. Works like a charm within seconds.

Heartburn is just your body’s way of saying you have been eating way too many things that make you acid and that you should eat some vegetables (any vegetables with the exception of those like corn, yams, sweet potatoes, or others with carbs in them) to make your body more alkaline.

Any "article" that uses these two phrases:
A new study suggests....
Researchers believe....
And does not include the answer to these four questions:
1-Who are the researchers?
2-Who/what funded the study?
3-What are the specifics and methodology of the study?
4-In what respected peer review publications was this study published?
Is fish wrap, nothing more. Drivel from semi literate ersatz journalists.

Does this mean I’ll have to stop using Tums for heartburn?
