BOSTON (WHDH) - Police have arrested a man caught taking photos inside the Callahan Tunnel.
According to investigators, the suspect claimed it was simple photography, but police are not taking any chances.
Massachusetts State Police said they found Muhammad Mamun taking photos inside the tunnel at 5 a.m. on Sunday.
"How could taking pictures put me in such a situation?" Mamun said. "People take pictures of Bunker Hill, they don't get arrested. Why did I get arrested?"

Then again, liberals will now demand "No Pedestrians" signs to be bi or even tri-lingual.
“How could taking pictures put me in such a situation?” Mamun said. “People take pictures of Bunker Hill, they don’t get arrested. Why did I get arrested?”
He doest protest too much.
We really need to get Muslims out of the country. If they are US citizens, we might need to find an alternate solution, but anyone shy of being a US citizen, who is a Muslim, should be deported. And no new entrants. I don’t care if some guy named Muhammad is a neurosurgeon. I don’t think we need him.
He was arrested for trespassing in a no pedestrian zone. That is fine. But the cops had no right to search his phone for photos.
I remember in old America, you could take a photograph of anything you could see. Now we are acting like the USSR with growing restrictions on taking photographs.
This is the same as the neighborhood geezer who is sure that residential burglaries are preceeded by 3 or 4 weeks of “casing”.
Give it 10 minutes CAIR or “Kah-Ear” is gonna start whining about this....
The photography is not the problem, the trespassing is.
The Boston Marathon is Monday-—maybe extra precautions.
.
Uh oh! He was profiled!
He could just say he was getting ideas to build a clock.
No...we don’t need any muzzie docs either. They can’t be trusted.
Remember 2007:

Now they can try for a warrant to search it...
Taking photos is legal. The cops seized the phone and searched it, as a result of a fully legal activity.
The seized it and searched it. And lots of people take morning walks. They like taking photos in the “magic hour” of sunrise and sunset.
Nothing criminal about it. Ticket him for trespassing or whatever. But the police state is getting weird.

Aye they do, but bunker hill can’t collapse and kill 1000’s of people during rush hour, now can it?
5am on a Sunday.
Inside a tunnel.
Sure.
Apparently, he said they could search everything.
Except that Muslim terrorists do precede their next actions with several weeks of casing.
There is often a rehearsal too, just before the big event.
But even without a definite scheduled event, Muslims will harass the infidels by "acting suspiciously", just to desensitize security forces and ordinary civilians.
Bunker Hill....Interesting that Bunker Hill would be on the tip of his tongue. That’s a crazy comparison. Why not mention something else in Boston?? or NYC
Fixed CIA propaganda arm the Enemedia deliberate omission of fact.
