What’s wrong with this?
Truth in advertising, right?
And I thought Auschwitz was bad.
My mother has diabetes and I would have found this message somewhat numerous. Some people need to learn to roll with the punches abit.
Haha....someone wanted to get fired. Ever seen the ingredients in that drink? Truth hurts...but the Starbucks ee is not supposed to give medical advice.
Who wrote that on the cup? Was (s)he black or brown? Racist! Hate crime! Caucasianphobe!
Can’t anyone take a freaking joke anymore? Oh, my poor sisters have diabetes! I’m so offended.
The employee was probably just trying to be funny. A stern talking-to would be in order from the management perspective. “Just put the name and what it is.” Also, an apology. Very insensitive.
Who wants to bet a lawsuit will come about? 50/50 shot there.
I’ve gotten to the point where I insist on this message on all products:
IF YOU ARE AN EASILY-OFFENDED SNOWFLAKE, **** YOU YOU **** ****** ** ****** ** ****** *** ***** AND SUCK MY **** *** **** ** BECAUSE YOU ARE A *** ***** ****** *** ** ***** SO BITE MY **** *** ****** *** ** **** IN YOUR SAFE-SPACE.
Did any of you see what a Starbucks employee said to the Governor of North Carolina yesterday? Does that employee still have a job? Not in my business she wouldn’t!
Kinds stupid to tell customers that your products are harmful to their health.
If my sisters had the diabetes, I might scale back on the Starbucks orders. Just a thought.
I wouldn’t want to consume anything that a nut like that handled.
He needs to stay closer to his safe place.
That was rude, not at all funny. Probably written by someone with sleeve tattoos, purple hair, two jeweled nose rings, and those large flat buttons in each ear lobe. “But don’t judge me! Don’t you ever!”
“That first word just automatically brought the picture of both sisters in my head, said the Starbucks customer.
He said the diabetes statement hits close to home because his two sisters suffer from type 1 diabetes.”
Pussy, man up. And also quit gaying up your coffee.
I don't think ingesting half a pound of sugar would have any impact on their hair-do.
There is a diabetes epidemic, Americans are fatter than ever and they are addicted to sugar....
Some huge coincidence huh.
I’d have returned it and asked for a new cup - from the manager.
I don’t need an editorial on my coffee cup , just give me a coffee.
What is it that people love about Starbucks? The ONLY time I ever went to a Starbucks was when the boss had a meeting there. IF they espoused Christian values, I still wouldn’t go there. They charge WAY TOO MUCH for their products! Personally, I prefer Tim Horton’s. AFA coffee, I prefer McDonald’s coffee of all three. McDonald’s also offer free refills; even better!
In the mornings, before starting my bus run, I refill my 20oz thermos mug for $1.00 plus tax from 7/11. They have a reasonable selection of coffees and a large selection of ‘poisons’ to doctor it with, so it works for me!
