Both his parents were Americans. That makes him a natural born citizen of the United States under the original intent of the Constitution.
More importantly, where was he not born. He was not born in any of the 48 united States. Neither was George Romney or Barry Goldwater.
A freeper told me he was born in a hospital outside the Canal Zone. Which may have been the reason something funny went on when he was running against Obama. Didn’t Congress make some sort of agreement on where he was born...or that it was ok? Now they’re not even keeping up the pretense.

It makes no difference as to his eligibility. He is eligible either way.
Crackpots talk about bases being "US territory" or some such nonsense. But (1) it doesn't matter and (2) if a base were US territory, then any babies born to Panamanian parents on base would be anchor babies, but they are not!

What’s your point? You angling that John McCain is not an NBC? That won’t work. He is and it’s undeniable.
Why does it matter to you? My daughter was born in Brindisi Italy, in an Italian hospital and is a natural born citizen because I was stationed there and me and her mother are both natural born citizens. Got birth certificates signed by Alexander Haig saying she’s one of us....
If there is something that applies to somebody then that person is not a natural born citizen as nothing would be needed to be changed to make them one.
