Wow, after lobbying other Senators to vote for it and writing an editorial praising it? Oh, yeah, he changed his vote after it was clear it would pass.

You should check and see what sort of speeches he's been delivering in the Senate while he isn't even there since they can have things entered into the record after the fact. Revisionist history at its finest, and Ted is a master of that lawyer's game.

If you guys were so sure that your guy is definitely going to win, you wouldn’t be so insulting.

I think that's what passes for "confidence" in New York.

NO...Teddy voted FOR the TPA and against the TPP. By voting for the TPA, he allowed the TPP to be brought to the floor to be voted on.

Somebody get the Diebold guy on the phone!

"Yea, Diebold guy, maximum vote switching from Trump to Cruz has to keep Trump at 48.2%. Yep, that's right, then he drops out. Actually, on second thought, use the same algorithym you used in switching votes in Texas. Make it around 43.6%, then we can say Cruz outperformed him in his home state. The election is ours!"

And yet, Trump is kicking ole Ted’s ass.

Gosh those negative numbers sure do mean a lot. NOT!

Pretend much?

We’ll see where we are after Cruz takes California.:) Look at the bright side Trump will have plenty of time to get his delegates lined up for the second floor vote.

I do know that; however, what YOU don’t know, is that Trump CAN beat Hillary and Bernie ( forget what the polls say, I know stuff you don’t ) and Teddy can’t beat either. He can’t even beat Trump!

Can you somehow fix that? It is almost impossible to read.

While I understand that politics is a sharp-elbowed affair, this is an unforgivably stupid tactic for the Cruz camp to pursue. Firing offense level.

If Cruz was to somehow get the nomination, within a week, there would be a dozen lawsuits regarding his citizenship, and it would be 5 months of nonstop press coverage regarding this to date unreported issue

That sounds about right.

I had thought about 15, because he’s actually in third place there, but I haven’t honestly looked at the number closely.

Ted Cruz has as much chance of taking California, as he does of taking New York.

NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

The bill that left the Senate was not the same bill that returned to the Senate - the TPA bill that passed. Cruz lobbied against that bill, voting against it as well as voting against cloture. It is unfair to characterize Cruz as supporting the TPA bill that Obama signed. He did not. The bill he did support never passed the House.

Far worse than that!

He's now going to have THE worst week of his life, thus far, from the entire press, local radio hosts, liberals, conservatives, blacks, whites, Hispanics, etc. state wide! Dumb Ted may imagine that it's only NYC people who loathe him, but they likewise hate him upstate and out on the Island.

But I guess that he can always hang out with his two QUEER billionaire hoteliers and their pals and that complete moron, Ed Cox, who would head anything, except for the fact that he married Trish Nixon. *snicker*

I’m sure Cruz is a legendary celebrity in his own mind.

So, with that many people on the ballot, 35 percent was pretty good, too, wasn't it?

Cruz won his home state by 8 percent. Trump will win his by 30 percent or so, give or take 5. I think Cruz should have dropped out after that humiliation. It's not too late.

Wow, after lobbying other Senators to vote for it and writing an editorial praising it? Oh, yeah, he changed his vote after it was clear it would pass.

The bill he praised did not pass the House. The bill that did pass he opposed. To characterize him as supporting the bill that passed is disingenuous. So no, Cruz did not change his vote. The TPA bill that came from the House and originated in the House, Cruz voted against. He voted against cloture too. And on top of that, he wrote an editorial in Breitbart slamming the bill.

Time will tell, but i won’t be the least bit surprised when Cruz takes California. I’m waiting to see how impressed the voters are in the mid west and west after Trump has a good showing on the liberal east coast, i wouldn’t be holding my breath waiting on that one.

Cruz was for TPA when the vote mattered...and when it would pass without his vote he changed to no. Gotta have those flexible talking points!
