Affectionate kitty ping
I’ve been away for a month, with another month to go. I’m expecting much the same reception when I get home.
The cat’s excited,it thinks the quality of dinner will go up.
Didn’t seem very happy to me. Looks like the cat took off, stayed aloof and dove out of her arms when trying to hold it.
Now THOSE are cats behaving like cats. They have no loyalties to anyone and they could not care less who may have returned home after a prolonged absence.........To them you’re now a stranger..........LOL!
It looks like those cats are mad at their humans for being away and neglecting the cats. The cats know who those humans are and are giving them the cold shoulder on purpose.
For now, but they warm up in time.
That is why the realationship has to begin all over again.
PING over to Slings and Arrows.
Women are much the same. :)
I do believe the poster of the IMGUR gif was being on the sarcastic side.
I think you have it right. :)
Where have you been? Nobody runs out on me. *bleep* you. Don’t even think of touching me. You smell like diesel. Get the *bleep* away from me.
The cats could give a flip. “Where’s my tuna-cat food????”
Yeah, open up a tuna can and watch them change their tune...uh!
On return from any absence I'd get the look that said "where the hell have you been?", but always quickly forgiven.
You goofed up. You goofed up big. ;)
Ha, ha, our cat will ignore us for up to a week if we go on a trip. Makes a great point of always sitting down with his back facing us. If we try to go around the other side he will stand up, turn around, and sit down again.
