At age 28 my brother was diagnosed with leukemia.
He took up long distance cycling, and running. He lived 9 normal years.
But when the cancer decided to strike, he was dead in about 4 months.
(Maybe if he had not exercised, it would have killed him in 1 or 2 months instead.)

Alkaline diet is the real way. I personally know a Stage 4 who revovered 96% after being told by quacks she had 6 months to live. That was 8 years ago.
It is scientific fact cancer or any other disease cannot survive in an alkaline body which is our natural state when we dont consume McDonalds, Cokes, Cofee etc...
You can excercise all you want ...it wont help unless you change the diet.

The title said “stopping.”
I have doubts is “stops” cancer once it is underway.
Being generally healthy due to exercise might play a role in preventing the start of cancer.
Color me skeptical. My brother rode 100 mile bike events, and ran 1/2 marathons.
But around 9 years, his body said cancer is taking over.

One of our neighbors never was sick during his entire 45 years, ran 2 miles a day, did weight bearing exercises three days a week, no fast or fried food, never smoked or consumed alcohol, their back yard was one huge garden. Returned from a short bike ride with his wife last week, had a heart attack and died. Turns out his father also died from heart issues at about the same age, as did his grandfather. Genes do play a role in longevity.

BS. You have a much better chance saturating your body plant-derived vitamins and minerals rather than the worthless drugstore synthetic mineral based junk. 95-98% absorption vrs 8-20%, take your pick on what your body needs to repair itself.

It's in "General/Chat" not "News," you party pooper.
But perhaps you should get off your fat ass and exercise.;-)

Sorry to hear about your brother. But am encouraged by his courage re: exercise.
I exercise everyday. I never get so much as a cold or flu, unless I stop.

I’m currently doing Gerson for a cancer diagnosis, but I’m considering switching to a ketogenic diet. I’m also doing hyperbaric chamber and IV H2O2 therapies.

Don’t get upset by those who don’t believe. I did at first, and it didn’t change anything.
