JUPITER ISLAND Its official: Golfer Tiger Woods has made good on his divorce settlement agreement and ex-wife Elin Nordegren has released the $54.5 million-mortgage she held on Woods Jupiter Island house until he was all paid up, according to records exclusively obtained by Gossip Extra.
Martin County records show Nordegren quietly released the mortgage in January, according to papers made public today.
And to add insult to injury, Elin personally signed the release something thats often done by lawyers!
It is estimated Nordegren, who recently turned up at International Polo Club Palm Beach with her occasional BF, billionaire Chris Cline, agreed to a $100 million-settlement in January 2010 after she caught the 4-times Masters winner cheating on her with numerous porn stars, waitresses and hostesses.
The only amount that turned up in public records, however, was a $54.5 million mortgage that Nordegren held on Woods sprawling beachfront property through JRD Florida Ventures LLC, a Virginia company whose manager is Nordegren.
Or “Just Stupid”
I never understood the desire to have a house that large regardless of income.
“Just Do It”.....if your a fool
It’s an ugly house and does not match the environment at all.
Woods cheated on his wife and cheated on the golf course via his PED usage.
Maybe to avoid the spouse and text with the mistresses or simply to show off.
There is nothing embarrassing about her releasing the mortgage when she got paid. Further it would be unlikely a lawyer would be able to sign that release for her. Tiger should be relieved. The article is silly.
“I never understood the desire to have a house that large regardless of income.”
It is a status symbol.
Oh now you are stretching it. I wonder if you play golf? Steroids or PED or whatever supplements ain’t going to help you become a great golfer or an average golfer. Either you have it or you don’t. It not good to be jealous of other people’s success. He cheated with his wife end of story.
Tiger got what he didn’t want, a major distraction and an injury and both will prevent him from attaining his ultimate prize, beating Jack’s major record.
It’s amazing how the golf world has stopped even talking about him.
There’s so much young talent out on tour these days, and they’re easy to like and a credit to the game.
If you don’t play the game then you really cannot understand its nuances. Tiger literally screwed himself out of a place in the golf all time hall of fame although every young player on the tour today owes him an enormous thank you for the rich prizes for which they now play.
It looks like some sort of military compound or the headquarters of a mildly sinister religious cult.
Its an ugly house and does not match the environment at all.
...
How true. But the land is nice, and the next billionaire to buy it will tear down the house and build one to his liking.
In a “house” that big, she must spend her entire day, seven days a week, doing housework.
Elin was paid well for her ‘service’.
Tiger’s fall from grace was well deserved and illustrative of the value of honesty and fidelity. In this case the value was some where above $50 million.
