Multiple videos show a protester at a Donald Trump rally in North Carolina being sucker-punched by a Trump supporter.
The videos, which appeared on social media early Thursday and are shot from different perspectives, show an African American with long hair wearing a white T-shirt leaving the Trump rally as the audience boos. He is being led out of the rally by men in uniforms that read “Sheriff’s Office.” The man extends a middle finger to the audience on his way out.
We can reverse this.
I first heard of this from the Glen Beck show, and from his description I thought the punch decked the guy. I mean it was still a rotten thing to do, but its not nearly as violent as Beck made it sound.
Beck is a hysteric on his way to the nut house. Of course he made it sound worse. It’s what he does.
Right. Although does the Constitution actually specify ‘federal crimes’?
‘... and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States ...’
I guess that means only federal crimes. Never been clear to me though other than to trust in others’ opinions.

Trump didn’t do anything but hold a rally. This creep shouldn’t have tried to start trouble. Neither should the older guy have punched him - if that’s what he did. These jerks come to the rallies to disrupt and people have had enough of their sh** - they can protest outside if that’s what they want to do.
Federal law specifies federal crimes.
Punching some guy is obviously not a federal offense, maybe if he punched Bernie who’s under secret service protection.
Yes, the President cannot pardon someone for violating state law, only federal law, little thing called federalism ;p .

Are you saying that simply because of the lack of media outrage elsewhere, this behavior is justified?
Correct!!! A 78 year old guy is not going to do any damage. But it was white on black so we will hear about it endlessly. Who knows? Maybe people see though this relentless racial propagandizing these days and it helps Trump.
