Mark Levin Endorses Ted Cruz for President (VIDEO)
Conservative Review ^ | 3/9/2016 | Mark Levin

Posted on 03/09/2016 6:03:38 PM PST by conservativejoy

Mark Levin tonight, on his newly launched LevinTV, announced his support for Ted Cruz, as the next president of the United States.

Levin, said that Cruz supports and fights for the 'Constitution, the Republic, individual sovereignty, separation of powers, the Bill of Rights, family, faith, a secure border, and our national security. '

Levin said that he knows Cruz isn't perfect, but looking at the 'whole picture' and looking at the entire career of Cruz it really is 'a simple decision.'

He went on to say that his support of Cruz isn't because of opposition to Donald Trump, John Kasich, or Marco Rubio. Instead, it is because Cruz understands ‘where this country has been and where it needs to go.’

Levin also said that if Cruz secures the GOP nomination, Cruz would win because facing Hillary he would know how to defeat her and know how to win.

For more about why Levin is backing Ted Cruz, watch the third episode of LevinTV here.

He also posted this video from his show...
“If I have to choose between the establishment and Donald Trump, that’s not a hard choice, I choose Donald Trump.”

I’m calling BS. Romney and Cruz are saying EXACTLY the same viscous lies about Trump. Levin can’t condemn Romney and then give a free pass to Cruz for saying EXACTLY the same things. There is simply nothing principled or conservative about Carnac Cruz’s smears about what MAY be in Trump’s taxes.

You completely misread what I wrote. To make it simple for you: Cruz has zero crossover appeal. That is a bad thing. I am not a cruzbot.

I'm all for the effort, and I would not tell people not to organize and try to make it happen. But anyone realistic can see it will never happen. Look at the list of states and their legislatures and governors and tell me which 37 will sign on.

Levin should understand that to undo 100 years of progressivism, we will need decades of hard work and changing the culture back, marching through the institutions and what not. Putting all hopes in a super long shot will be what prevents people from focusing on what can be done. Trump is a first step towards that goal, but Levin can't see that.

Never tried to claim I was even-handed, or pretend for months that I wasn’t for a specific candidate when it was obvious I was.

Sorry, if I misread what you wrote. It happens. I know that Cruz has no crossover appeal - zero, zilch, nada, none. However, the dyed in the wool bots can’t see or understand this and it will be important for the general election. He will lose and lose big against the Democrats.

“He is going against millions of Americans that does not want Cruz or any other fast talking points politician that have participated in the destruction of America.”

Blame oligarchs like Trump for buying politicians to do their bidding. But, no, Illogical me is going to be for Trump.

You brought Ben Franklin into it, referring to his famous quote, “A republic, if you can keep it.” It seems you were reproving my position with Ben Franklin, and that would imply that my position of support for Trump would cause an end to the Republic. On the contrary, it is the first step in defending it that has been taken since January 20, 1989.

Trump has been on Levin's show. I respect Levin choosing Cruz. I wish Levin had stuck to the pros and cons of Trump and Cruz. I tuned out when he started bashing Trump supporters and calling us Trumpsters etc. I miss listening to him.

Are you saying that my little comment on a forum will keep Levin’s convention of states from coming to fruition? Is it that fragile an idea? Go for it. But better have a plan B.

How is joe and Trump’s investigation of Obama’s birth certificate going?

As well as the search for O.J. Simpson's knife. That makes him innocent, right?

So what is/was your advice regarding an ineligible candidate? Just drop it and MoveOn?

Unfortunately, as impressive as Ted’s credentials are, they’re not enough to get elected leader of an unethical idiocracy...

Lol. Yeah u win. Donald’s a chicken. Even afraid of the little girl with the new blond pixie cut. Putin will own him. Hope he doesn’t have a mystical compass though or Ted will be mesmerized as well. Again.
