New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

By the way, at your Youtube link there, the guy is misreading what the article he quotes says about the taser. That article doesn't say the taser was used. It says the officer with the taser stepped through the snow toward Finicum, and that he was attempting to subdue Finicum with less than lethal force. However, at that moment, Finicum reached for his weapon and he was shot by other officers. He was never tased. The taser was not deployed at all, and that article doesn't say that it was.
We noted that forest guy was messing with the wires back in early February. Also, he deployed like he was "counting coup".
I nailed a couple of the apologists using the rear end of the truck [six feet wide] as a gauge. They were claiming "no closer than 50 feet". Whoops.
Doesn’t look like he had pulled it out. Don’t see any blood on it or the pocket.
You said there was a bullet that impacted the lower passenger door. The pictures should show it, rather than trying to find it in an overhead video.
I'm sorry. Ray76 put the lie to your statement with his analysis back in February:

Good luck with that.
“Many are standing up to say that this was wrong and illegal. Please read below”
Lavoy was fired up and pissed. No doubt.
Law enforcement set the stage for tragedy.
When the jury is making a decision, they are going to see drone footage and military stalking of a man acting in simple protest. Working to gain support based on myriad offenses.
I’ve seen Occupy Wall Street and BLM protesters spit, throw bottles, rocks, and assault law enforcement in any number of violent, vulgar, riotous and offensive ways.
They walk away, in most cases, scot-free.
That was not this man, he was pleading his case directly to law enforcement in a firm, yet passive manner!! He refused to be abused or treated less than an equal, a citizen and a constituent to those whose salaries he paid with his taxes!
What law enforcement did was as nefarious as it was premeditated. Sorry to say it, but that is what I see.
He was messing with the wires. You can see it on the video. :)
He had it crammed in that pocket. I think he was having trouble getting it out of his pocket. That’s why he reached for it twice.
They must be paying you well. :)
Oh, Geez!
Not THIS 0bama again!
How many times do we have to point out that the lying fibbie/OSP MURDERERS REFUSE to release THEIR audio?
I mean - what's the holdup, RightLiar?
Like the black pamper’s armed “peaceful” protest at the police station in TX where the actually threatened to kill White people and police?
No, you really can’t see it in the video. The guy with the taser moves immediately after Finicum is shot in a way that would not have been possible if there were taser wires attached to the taser. The trees that are between him and Finicum’s body would have snagged the taser wires, making those movements impossible.
WTF does audio have to do with him reaching for his gun twice on the video? You really have zero facts in your arguments.
Finicum is face down (you can see the belt buckle). This is the inside left side of his jacket.
Look at the angle of the grip. The grip is away from the jacket button holes, which would mean that the grip was toward his left armpit. This would be very awkward for a person to do. On the other hand however, it would be very easy - natural - for a person to place the gun in the pocket like this once that pocket was turned out as it is here.
It wasn't like they were trying to break out of Bastogne.
Who set them up?
Which OR senator said "This is a virus and we have to keep it from spreading?"(sic)
Exactly right. They should have just rioted, robbed some pharmaciies, liqour stores and wig shops and then burned it all down./sarc
My take is that they "found" a stolen gun in his left outside pocket after they reviewed the drone video and had to make his movements, after getting shot in the left kidney, consistent with "going for a gun".
SCOTUS case with Scalia writing the opinion.
Any shot that doesn’t kill you is “non lethal”.
