This is what I don't get. If the plan was to kill LaVoy (or others), why not do it at the first stop?

And conversely, if you planned to kill them at the first stop, why have the second stop, which was set up way in advance of the first stop even occurring ?

The biggest argument has always been the first shot fired at the first stop.

Yes. Do you know exactly how many 'men' were there ? Including the ones up on the hill ? How many were Oregon State Police, how many FBI, how many SWAT members ? How about BLM agents ? How about any other 'government' unnamed agents ?

Judging by the way he wore an OWB holster on his right hip with grip facing back I would think he was right handed.

Lavoy Finicum was right handed and open carried a western rig and revolver. I seriously doubt that it was 9mm and its too big to fit in your pocket.
