Why some foreign politicians are not so keen on Trump

Mr. Trump's novel foreign policy proposals, such as forcing Mexico to pay for a massive wall along the southern US border, banning all Muslim immigrants, and most recently, bringing back torture, have prompted anxiety among top world leaders about the possible global reverberations should the real-estate mogul and reality television star become leader of the free world.

"You know, it's very tough to beat enemies that don't have any, that don't have any restrictions, all right? We have these massive restrictions. Now, I will always abide by the law, but I would like to have the law expanded," Mr. Trump told host John Dickerson.

"I happen to think that when you're fighting an enemy that chops off heads, I happen to think that we should use something that's stronger than we have right now. Right now, basically, waterboarding is essentially not allowed, as I understand it,” he added. “I would certainly like it to be, at a minimum, at a minimum to allow that."

Meanwhile, Germany’s Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel said in an interview Sunday that Trump is a threat to world peace.

'He brags that he “would not care that much” whether Ukraine were admitted to NATO; he has no interest in NATO and its security guarantees. Of Europe, he has written that “their conflicts are not worth American lives. Pulling back from Europe would save this country millions of dollars annually.”...'

Funny, for someone who can negotiate a deal and can build golf courses and hotels all over the world, why doesn't he take into account the PRICELESS American blood shed in those alliances?

Those nations that put their citizens at risk with young military age immigrants who ask for help in their own cities are probably not covered under the NATO agreement since they allowed their own invasion, but any nation under threat from Russia and wants us there is fine with me.

“Where the Hell do you put the bayonet?” - Lt. Gen. Lewis “Chesty” Puller

(He said this while at a flamethrower demonstration. Apparently, Puller wanted to be ready to stab the men he set on fire.)

Loss of trade surplus with United States will cause almost all world leaders to push back against Trump.

The day I allow a foreign politician to influence my vote is the day I’m six feet under.

Is the Christian Science Monitor a legitimate publication? Too many Christians don’t understand that a smooth-talking, polished RINO is exactly what we DON’T need.

We’re so far down the rabbit hole we really need the political version of Genghis Khan to vanquish America’s foreign and domestic enemies; enemies to life, liberty, and the Constitution.

For Christians of this mindset, I suggest reading and meditating on Ecclesiastes Ch 3.

Based on my observations of Ronald Reagan's presidency, I think Reagan's philosophy on foreign relations was basically this:

Our allies will respect America. Our enemies will fear America. "Peace through strength." "Trust but verify."

Currently no foreign country has any respect for America, nor does any foreign country fear America. This is yet another indication of what made America the most respected country in the planet has flipped upside down.

Regardless of what people think about Trump on a variety of positions, it's clear he want to correct our weak position. He has said many times that he wants to "make the US military the strongest, toughest military in the world."

If Trump wins with his promise to protect America and Americans and bring back prosperity to the USA; then guess what it could happen in Europe? Every politician in Europe might be threatened with a wealthy, fed up, non-politician running for leader and winning. Possible, though not probable, as it seems that Europe has been under many restrictions against freedom such as free speech and no second amendment right to bear arms, as well as being indoctrinated in P.C. So it seems. . .

Heartbreaking really, when you think about their training and how great they are and then have to learn the reality of surviving war controlled by politics.

22 I have seen that nothing is better than that man should be happy in his activities, for that is his lot.

Aren’t we glad that some people love blowing things up? That there are some who rush towards the sound of gunfire? That some are willing to lay down their lives for their friends?

God loves King David. The Messiah is a warrior king. :)

That’s hilarious, a German calling Trump a threat to world peace.

This is the nation ruled by Angela Merkel. Merkel is working feverishly to make Europe Islamic & to install sharia law.

Now, just WHO is the threat to world peace? I would say Merkel.

I am disappointed that Germany is grouped there, deservedly so, it would seem.

What the heck is going on with Germany these days?

Same as the early eighties with Reagan.

West Germans hated Reagan when he put short range Nukes there, but in the end the loved him at the Brandenburg Gate.

We’ll just have to have patience with them.

Again.
