I was just wondering what he was waiting for?
Well, that’s it...I am voting for Kasich. //sarc
Yes, I have noticed that. I have also noticed that Cruz took the bait and is now acting like his is litigating his candidacy.
Hahaha
He means what he says, and he’ll say what he means again if you don’t believe it!
He’s not a politician because he says what’s on his mind, but when he said that we should invade Iraq, after saying he has said he was against invading Iraq, it’s not his fault that he said what he said then since he’s since said that he said it because he wasn’t a politician then.
The Lawsuits have ALREADY begun.... See the link below.

Thus, Trump does not need to since it’s already being done.
This morning in a phone-in interview with Fox&Friends, Trump said he ‘is having fun playing [digging, goading, challenging] Cruz.’
A lot of things said during campaigns cannot be taken too seriously.
If every politician was shot after telling their first lie, we wouldn’t have any politicians. Our duty is to filter through the hyperboles and exaggerations and partial truths and innuendos and outright lies to make a determination of which one to support.
That’s because Trump is just a carnival barker. He says crap to stir up the locals but never proves anything or follows through on threats unless he is absolutely sure that his claims are correct.
Actually, he’s a DA and a big silly looking blowhard. He’s gotta check with Reid, Schumer, Pelosi, and Hillary to see what kind of deal he can get.
Hahahaha....honestly, Trump is a master of media....he’s like a cat playing with a mouse.....
The issue is not whether he files it or not....
Just the threat accomplished what he intended....
In his very first comment on Cruz’s status, he said that his lawyers (you know, the ones that are “very, very terrific”) looked it over and told him that there was no issue. He obviously doesn’t want to lose to Cruz.....again.
“Cruz’s threat to personally depose him probably ended DJT’s litigation fantasies once and for all. It would undoubtedly be one of the greatest depositions in legal history, though, if it happened.”
But he evades deposition on being eligible for the presidency; will not release his sealed records, the ones he has been using all this time for identity verification, age, and birthplace etc.
BS bluster on the part of Cruz.
Would never happen, of course, would be illegal.
Ever notice how Cruz speaks at some of his meetings. He seems to think he is addressing a jury.
Very deliberate. Very dramatic.
He will make a statement, then there is a long pause, really much too long, as if all hell is about to shake with the truths he is about to inflict on his enemies.
Then the next statement is about as banal as the one that came before.
“Trump is a litigious bully who uses the courts to harass and damage people, like that lady who had the house in the way of his limousine parking lot.”
That is complete misleading BS of course, but have you ever seen a picture of her house nestled against all the construction going on around her? It is hilarious. Any other person in the world would have wanted to sell out, except someone holding out for a higher price, which is what she was doing.
It is all made out that this sweet little old lady had this little old house nestled in this quiet little neighborhood and had sentimental attachments; the house where the pencil marks of her growing kids were still on the closet wall, etc.
>>> Thanks, itâs very reassuring to know that heâs not stupid.
I think he often acts stupid.
Maybe that’s why his supporters feel the need to say it.
The Great Bloviator got his headlines which took all the wind out of the sails of the other campaigns. He’ll never follow through because he never meant to sue. You don’t have to actually have details or explain your own flip flops and lies if you make enough noise to distract the media.
Folks ought to start learning his method. He outlined it in his book. Basically he said he blusters to excite the “little guy” and his fantasies. As a campaign tactic, it is proving to be very effective.
What a guy!
“”Trump isn’t stupid.” Why do you suppose this comment is so often made?”
Well, genius, it is because, for some reason, it is made so often by people like you who have accomplished not that much up against what he has. That includes me also, and therefore I don’t go around calling Trump stupid.
I honestly thing it would be stupid of me to call Trump stupid.
donnie said back in Sept. that his own lawyers said Cruz was eligible.
Besides, he does not have the balls. He is all bluster.
Why sue a dead horse?
I’ve never said he’s not stupid. I challenge you to find anywhere on this website where I’ve typed those words. In fact, the irony is it is his supporters who say he’s not stupid. Probably, that goes over your head, like the whole observation about him and why people who support him feel obligated to tell us this so frequently.
So when he says “I’m going to sue you” he doesn’t mean that either? How do we know what things he says he means and what he does not mean?
You might remember that Obama didn’t take federal campaign funds during the 2008 general election, though he’d previously said he’d do so.
From what I recall, it’s because he would have been locked into that arbitrary level of spending (it’s part of accepting the deal).
With campaigns costing what they do today, I don’t blame any candidate for turning them down. I don’t see Trump taking federal funds for the same reason. On the other hand, look at how well he’s done on the pittance he’s spent so far.
