"It troubles me that there can't be a serious discussion about immigration issues because people are afraid of being called racist. People are afraid of being called a bigot. And I think one of the things that people like about Donald Trump â those who like him â is that he's going ahead and saying it, and it's creating a kind of inoculation against something people have feared so much, which is being called a bigot."

Finally. Some smart people will like him. /s
Interesting read for us dumb undereducated Trumpeteers!
My reply doesn't have anything to do with Trump, rather, I want to point out how sick I am of the elitist lefties equating "smart" with "educated". I would always trust the intelligence of a master electrician who never spent a day in college over that of someone with a Doctorate in Multicultural studies any day of the week. You could substitute any successful tradesman for electrician in that statement and it would still hold. There are lots and lots of well educated idiots out there.
Thank yu smert peepal for helpen us dumys we rely lik it.
As even shown by polling, educated people—when allowed to be anonymous—show a lot more support for Trump than when they are not allowed to be anonymous.
It will be a lot better when educated people can say—LOUDLY and PROUDLY that they support Donald Trump!!!!
By the way, I have a Ph.D. from Harvard.
Without borders, language, and culture, we have NO country!!!!! And if we engage in the wars promoted by the clintons, McCain, Samantha Power, and most Republican candidates other than Trump, we unleash a torrent of islamic violence and risk entering into WWIII!
That’s besides the continuing transformation of America from a predominantly Christian country into an atheist-”gay” empire that designates the Orthodox Christian world as its principal enemy.
Go, Trump!!!! Let’s make America great again!!!!
The relevant questions are, what information is being acquired, and how us it put to use.
College degrees are often the result of acquiring useless information that has no purpose in the real world.
People need to get over this fear, and thats one thing Trump has accomplished.
Immigration is not a human right. Immigration policy should always, first foremost and always, serve the interests of citizens.
So far it never does, and the elite will never tell you what the policy is, nor will they ever ask your views or your permission.
That has to end. Trump is popular because people believe he will turn this around, they believe that at least on this issue he will do what he says. They have been waiting for someone to come along who was not afraid of being pilloried for defending our sovereignty.
I am an educator and it is not in my best interest to tell everyone that I support Cruz and Trump. In academia it is not healthy for one’s career.
I thought so, too. Maybe I'll bring it up in my next doctoral class. I didn't study much of this when I was earning my two masters degrees.
PS. I'm working on my advanced degree for my own benefit. It's a challenge for me and I find the people I am working with to be smart and interesting. However, throughout my career, I have learned that not all smart people get college degrees, and not all degree holders are smart. Hard work trumps all.
Cruz supporter bump. :D
Just cannot resist, I see.
I am really dumb with just an MBA.
Seriously, congratulations on your education achievements and on going education.
You do understand that you are lying about that clip of Trump?
He was not making fun of a disabled reporter. He had never met the reporter in his life and knew nothing about him other than that the reporter had to backtrack a previous article about Trump he had written. Trump was miming someone trying to take something back that was a lie.
Kind of like you. I bet you look like that too.
We will try not to hold that against you, unless your degree is in law.
Good post!
Lol, where did i bring up the reporter he was obviously was making fun of? I didn’t, so you should let your Trump campaign overseers cut-n-paste response, doesn’t apply to all possible scenarios. The “everything negative about Trump is a lie” meme is getting old...ya’all gotta come up with something better.
Just kidding... but it is interesting to see people with advanced degrees putting the lie to "educated people are too smart to support Trump."
What a load of hooey. It's like they're saying, "The more educated you are, the less you love America."
