One of the four people arrested by U.S. Marshals following a shooting in Albuquerque has made his first court appearance.
Sir William Shakespeare, 32, had a warrant out for his arrest in connection to a domestic violence incident. He is charged with aggravated assault against a household member.
Marshals arrested Shakespeare and four other people who had warrants for their arrest in a vehicle near Lomas Boulevard and Tennessee Street on Friday.
A fifth suspect, a Colorado fugitive identified as Brandon Ledbetter, shot and killed himself during the incident, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department.

Now that he needs one.

This guy is getting a bum rap — the crime was actually committed by Edward de Vere.

After a night in a holding cell, I believe his next play may be "The Taming of the Screw, or Constable Dogberry Gets His Revenge".

I would be Leary, especially since he seems to come from a small Hamlet.
