Marine Corps uniform changes expected this year

Uh Oh, unisex uniforms?
Designing new uniforms for transgendered Marines will prove challenging.
Remember `BUFE’s (Buffies)? I dated a woman in San Diego who had a couple BUFEs from the Philippines.
Unreal. One of my favorite uniforms of all the branches.
I’m ex-military, and an old-timer. I calls ‘em as I sees ‘em, mate. :)
Active Duty ping.
The whole Marine Corps should look like Leathernecks.
Hmmmm. Tinkering with some of the best looking uniforms in military history can’t be good.
Get that phony LBJ picture down
When I joined the Corps we were issued solid green utilities and khaki trousers and shirts. In fact, graduation was in our khakis. Not sure why they were done away with.
Remember a couple of years ago they were talking about changing the Dress Cover? That didn't go too well.
"Tell it to the Marines - they are getting mandatory training on being sympathetic listeners - courtesy of Obama the Ravager of all things strong"
Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other who enjoys the fruits of others' work for your own benefit.
PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....
GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!
I kinda know what this means (not a Marine, so not positive), but I am 100% positive that most of the commenters didn’t read the article.
Actually, perhaps unfortunately, the photo of LBJ as a naval officer is accurate. After the military draft began in 1940 he received a commission as a naval reserve officer, Lt. Cmdr. He went to the South Pacific on a ‘research tour’ and got a medal for flying as a passenger on a B-26 Martin Marauder medium bomber during a bombing mission. Shortly afterward, FDR recalled all of these ‘wartime commissioned congressman’ from ‘the field’ back to do their ‘jobs’ as congressmen.
Here is an article about it from the LBJ presidential library website: http://www.lbjlib.utexas.edu/johnson/archives.hom/FAQs/military/military.asp
Not just an air medal, the Silver Star. Lyndon actually held it over his head while he was on the soapbox giving campaign speeches.
That POS did incredible hurt to this country.
