Zipped Bible case. Make sure there’s room for a bible and your gun. Make some internal mods to hide the gun when it’s open. Most people aren’t going to ask you about it because they’re afraid you’ll start evangelizing. The ones who do give you a chance to evangelize. It’s a win-win.
Pretty obvious, though it may fit the law for concealment. If I were wearing short shorts with my junk just about hanging out, I’d hide the handgun in my beard.
Have you googled - concealed carry fanny packs
Several pictured there. If you are looking for specific recommendations among those on the market, sorry, I can’t help.
I have something that resembles a man-purse. I haven’t carried it yet. But it rips open to let you drop you hand on your full frame piece.
Normally, wearing a fanny-pack necessitates that you turn in your man-card, but I suppose having a piece inside it negates that requirement.
Fishing vest. Beige khaki (looks nice.) Lots of pockets, concealed carry, holds extra cartridges, etc. Back is airy netting under a light cover. Lower back is a pocket big enough for a small jacket.
A very lightweight, practical “pack.”
I have two of these, one for my wife and one for me, wear them under a light jacket.
I use a Maxpedition Sitka to good effect. It swings around quickly to access weapon. Not as good as carrying on your hip though. Vests and coats in warm weather may be uncomfortable and somewhat obvious.
Kel-Tec p32 in the front pocket? Or a small 9mm iwb?
No disrespect intended, but nothing says “I’m packing” like a fanny pack. Very much a 1990 fashion statement.
See what I mean? Perhaps it's their sense of fashion. Well dressed - collar and cuffs.
I have one of these - amazing - will hold a full-sized 1911 and you can’t tell.
Higly recommend....

Paul,
IF you are carrying a man purse of any kind you are immediately the target.
Find a pistol that is small enough to carry in loose fitting shorts.
I am in S.E. Florida and my favorite pistol is a Kimber .45 but too large to carry in shorts.
Look at a Ruger LC9S, a very nice 9mm that is easily hidden in loose shorts.
fanny packs suck for CCW. get a good belt holster and untuck your shirt. my 2 cents fwiw.
When I go out, I wear a guayabera with a S&W Model 10/4” barrel in an inside-the-waistband holster. Some times I put a handkerchief in a lower pocket of the shirt to hide the bump from the grip but it isn’t really necessary.
I got a fanny pack that has a pouch on the back side, Velcro attachment, will hold most sidearms.
You might consider using this instead. My husband loves his.

Off-body carry has a number of drawbacks, such as the risk of having it “purse-snatched” or forgetting it even momentarily in a public place. If it’s in a pack or briefcase, it’s also slower to get to because it’s not always in the same spot on your belt. If you have to think about where it is, you may have lost the edge in a sudden defense situation.
My suggestion is to take another look at carry holster, gun belt, and cover clothing. I have a friend who lives in Florida and wears nothing but shorts and t-shirts year round. He’s always carrying a belt gun, but neither I nor anyone else has ever “made” him.
If you insist on wearing a tucked-in t-shirt, you are placing fashion ahead of you life. If your priorities are self-defense, this is not a hard problem.

Looks like a cell phone holder and lets you carry openly without alerting the sheeple.
